Planet Fitness review: Unfriendly staff

The customer service skills of the early morning staff at the Planet Fitness in Clinton Township Michigan leaves a lot to be desired. It's rare that they are at the front desk if you have a concern and when they are the level of customer service is extremely poor.

I do understand that bubbling over with enthusiasm isn't a criterion for the front desk, but personnel availability, no key issues, less attitude, or a simple greeting to all ethnicities shouldn't be too much to ask. My entire family works out at this location, but this particular group should receive some instruction on customer service and availability.
