Planet Fitness review: Franchised planet fitness

Billed 2/17/2023 went here to crowded, people sitting on machines talking on phones. Tried another day and time same thing, complained no response. Tried a third day same thing. Billed 3/17/2023, went in and cancelled membership. Asked if I owed them any more told no asked about maintenance fee told none. The ad said maintenance fee would be due in july. They charged me 49 dollar maintenance fee on 3/1/2023. I was a member before the corona virus, place had changed. Told they were a franchise and no refund.
