Planet Fitness review: Fees

I usually don’t do things like this, but I’m just a little upset. I had an unexpected knee injury which without me not to work out and I was still being charged and that is OK even though I wasn’t working out and they are still charging me, and that is fine. But September payment was paid. I also stated if they can freeze the account because I can’t come in at the moment and make a payment but they were pretty much rude about it and said no we have to keep charging you.
