I went to renew my membership today, 06/11/23 and found out I supposedly owe you money. My cc had expired during covid and I never renewed my membership, never once did I receive a letter and or a phone call saying I need to renew or cancel my membership at this time did not receive any services so I don't understand how I can owe you money please call me on this matter and or respond to this email [protected]@netscape I feel this is bad business practice Ed McTigue [protected]

Desired outcome: let me know the out come of your decision on this matter because i feal i dont anything
