Planet Fitness review: Bad customer

I am a current gym member located at 1555 Lee Street in Des Plaines. I have been a member for a long time and have respected the rules and regulations governed by your policies. And I hate to sound like the proverbial "Karen" today. But a member at this location walks around DAILYwith his shoes off. Usually after a long walk on the treadmill or extensive time on the stair climber in the TRX room, where he wanders around on the black matting and purple supplied mats with his sweaty stinky feet. I have complained to the manager Sisi and other employees numerous times and each time they have asked him to put his shoes back on which he does. However, the next day or the day after, he's right back to his behavior. Now I'm no Germ-A-Phobe, but I sure don't want myself or anyone else in the gym to be lying down, walking over, or using the mat that his bacteria, sweat-laden feet have been all over, which could spread a host of funguses or bacteria. I believe the manager has contacted Corporate regarding this member, but he either needs to keep his shoes on, or his membership needs to be canceled. Period. Let alone he never wipes down any machine he uses or cleans the mat after usage. I do not know his name, but I have attached pictures as proof. And JUST FYI I am not the only one who comlains about this behavior. Something needs to be done.
