This is my second transaction with this company. Everything went smooth and there were no hidden suprises. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Brian even called me back overseas on vacation! Can't say enough about the great service!

Pike Creek Mortgage wrongfully reported my mortgage account as being in deferral status. It is an adverse action, which does not allow me to refinance with another lender with better terms. Although I have been exploring options amid temporary income reduction due to COVID 19, I declined their offer for payments deferral. I continue making payments on-time. According to their own payment system, my payment is due as usual. My numerous conversations with two different departments did not resolve the issue. According to their representatives, the credit reporting is handled by another department, which is accessible only via email. There is no phone number of mailing address. My multiple emails have been left without response or even acknowledgement. I requested to promptly correct my credit reports and provide me with a letter confirming that my account was not in the deferral status. Unfortunately, there is little hope that this lender will rectify the situation without a third party involved. Previously I was unable to rectify a trivial situation, when I was unaware of changes in the payment address. So, my bank sent two mortgage payments using the old payment information. Though this lender received all payments on-time, they made all kinds of adverse actions, including assessing late fees and even threatening foreclosure. As all payment had been made electronically, I sent them numerous emails with receipts from my bank. The documents showed, when each payment was received and the funds deducted from my account. Nevertheless, the harassments and threats continued. Having received all the information about payments with proofs that all payments were made on time, they kept claiming that the payments were late or missing. After several months of harassments, I contacted the state financial regulators. Only then Pike Creek Mortgage rectified the situation and admitted that I was never late with the payments.

Pike Creek Mortgage was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and always willing to explain things and make the process as smooth as possible. As a first time home buyer, I had a great experience and will use PCM for all my future lending needs.

Great experience overall. MLO, loan processor were both very nice and professional. I just wish they had some sort better enhanced tracking method to track the status of your loan i.e. which process it is in on a daily basis. Nonetheless, I would recommend and do business with them again!

I refinanced with other companies several times before and this is hands down the best refinance experience I've had so far. The process was quicker and easier than other companies I previously worked with. They also offered us the lowest rates with the best incentives. So much so that when we compared rates with other companies, those other companies simply told us they cannot beat it.

The people at Pike Creek Mortgage helped us get our new home with efficiency and dedication. They exhibited genuine care and concern for our needs and helped us get the most for our financial situation. We did not realize the difficulties of buying a new home during the Pandemic but the staff at Pike Creek got us through it and we are now in our new home with an affordable monthly payment. We could not be more satisfied.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Pike Creek Mortgage. Mortgage consultant Alex Savina was extremely poor at communicating, follow through, and setting clear expectations regarding the process. I would email him frequently to followup on next steps or to ask questions. His responses lacked clarity or depth. Ultimately I decided to go with another lender due to the poor customer service and slow processing time.

Pike Creek Mortgage always had my best interest in mind. Adam, our direct contact, kept us updated with rate changes and advised the best time to lock in. He was always very patient with my many questions, a true professional, courteous and an all around great guy. Other members of the team were also great. I contacted Bill Ruck at Pike Creek Mortgage while considering my options to refinance my 30 yr mortgage down to a 15 yr. From that first contract to closing it took 4 weeks. The ease and efficiency of the refi process provided by Bill Ruck, as well as the underwriters at Pike Creek is outstanding. The knowledge and experience that Bill brings to the mortgage process is superb. I used him for a home purchase 2 years ago as well, as the process was seamless. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience as a first time home buyer working with Ben! I was purchasing a for sale by owner without the assistance of a real estate agent, and am so grateful to have had Ben on my side through the whole process. Every bump in the road or issue we ran into he was on it immediately, even spending many nights working to keep the settlement date we were aiming for and to make sure everything for my qualifications was in order. Thanks all at Pike Creek for helping me to become a home owner :)

The process of obtaining the loan was a breeze. I cannot speak highly enough about Benjamin. He was attentive in answering numerous questions quickly, he was very courteous on the phone. All was great, he locked us into a really low rate. Fast forward to our first property tax to be paid with our escrow. I just so happened to reach out to Pike Creek to make sure they didn't need anything from me. I was told they were all set, but to email the tax statement to them for their records. I did so immediately, but received no human response. The email address has a "do not reply" but an automated response told me my email would be routed to the correct department. After receiving a delinquent bill from the county I started the frustrating process of contacting someone at Pike Creek Mortage Services and was met with long wait times (45min+) and a ridiculous automated system that takes forever to finally even be put on hold to speak with a human. I have spoken with 10+ customer service representatives. All who were polite but couldn't effectively assist me. There wasn't a supervisor available to assist me but I was promised a call back. It was a week and a half with no call back so I had to call back. Pike Creek has sent the tax payment to the incorrect address, well after the due date set by my county. I have no clue where Pike Creek obtained the bogus address since I have emailed them twice the correct address on the tax statement. So I am in this holding pattern of waiting for Pike Creek to cancel the first payment and resubmit the tax payment to the correct address. Apparently, the customer service department can't do this without a supervisor. Which loops me back to the issue of a supervisor not being available. Is this company a scam!?!
