I've reached out to these folks many times to get off their call and mailing list, but they won't take me off
I've reached out to these folks many times to get off their call and mailing list, but they won't take me off. They keep saying they can always beat any offer out there. I've written and called them to be removed, but as soon as I ask, they hang up. And if I send them a letter, they just send more in the mail.

On May 2nd, 2022, Oceanside Mortgage Company took money from my checking account without permission. They've been losing and ignoring important details about my mortgage. I'm complaining to get the unauthorized charge fixed and to tell others not to use Oceanside Mortgage Company for their mortgage needs.

BUT ON NOVEMBER 25, I recieved paperwork FROM OCEANSIDE that the servicing was transfered to another company. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE RETURN OF MY ESCROW BALANCE FROM OCEANSIDE MORTGAGE. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CALL AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE BUT BECAUSE THEY CANNOT FIND THE LOAN NUMBERS (BECAUSE THEY ARE PAID OFF) NO ONE CAN HELP ME AND NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. I WANT MY ESCROW MONEY RETURNED TO ME. OCEANSIDE SAYS THEY HAVE A BALANCE OF $504.24 IN THEIR ACCOUT BUT THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
