I've reached out to these folks many times to get off their call and mailing list, but they won't take me off
I've reached out to these folks many times to get off their call and mailing list, but they won't take me off. They keep saying they can always beat any offer out there. I've written and called them to be removed, but as soon as I ask, they hang up. And if I send them a letter, they just send more in the mail.

On May 2nd, 2022, Oceanside Mortgage Company took money from my checking account without permission. They've been losing and ignoring important details about my mortgage. I'm complaining to get the unauthorized charge fixed and to tell others not to use Oceanside Mortgage Company for their mortgage needs.
Two loans I paid off in full on November 13
I paid off two loans in full on November 13. The property address was omitted. However, on November 25, I received paperwork from Oceanside indicating the servicing was transferred to another company. I have not received the return of my escrow balance from Oceanside Mortgage. Despite several attempts to call and speak with someone, the lack of active loan numbers means no one can assist me, and I get no callbacks. I demand the return of my escrow funds. Oceanside acknowledges holding $504.24 in their account but is unwilling to return my money.
