My rate was already low, but I wanted a lower one. I was impressed that he gave me his feedback on that. There was no pressure in making a sale. Jeff was amazing. I had started the process of getting a loan with a big mainland on-line mortgage company; however, Jeff was able to move our mortgage through quickly and at a rate significantly less than the other company. I will not waste my time in the future with the on-line bank, Jeff will be the first person I call when I need another mortgage.

Jayme was wonderful to work with for my home refinance and made the whole process much easier than I was expecting. She stayed on top of things the entire way and communicated with me regularly which allowed me to relax and not have to worry about anything. Jeff Gosselin has been fantastic for us. Although he had already arranged a VA loan for us, he notified us as soon as the rate dropped and renegotiated a new mortgage with no out of pocket costs. Our rate is unbelievably low and even amidst all the COVID restrictions the paperwork was done electronically. The Notary came to our house for signing. Great company to do business with.

I worked with Robert on a VA loan refinance. Must say, I was skeptical at first (not knowing Paradise Mortgage). I researched Paradise on line and with Realtor friends. Since I couldn't find any negative feedback I decided to go with Paradise. Best decision ever! I recently applied for a va refinance loan and worked with Paradise Home Mortgage. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel because we were able to get a better deal by dealing with our mortgage company directly. Our representative at Paradise Home Mortgage is a fast talker and, of course, did not want us to cancel. I had a hard time hanging up. Now our mortgage company is unable to proceed with our loan because Paradise Home Mortgage has not unlocked it. Very unprofessional and spiteful.

Paradise Home Mortgage helped me with a VA Streamline refinance, and I could not be happier with the entire process. I worked with John on this, and he was very helpful in providing me all the information I needed and answering all my questions. He also reached out every step of the way to walk me through the paperwork and make sure I understood all that was being provided and what I was signing. The entire process was approximately a month, in which after providing all the initial information, I was mostly just sit back and let the process run its course, with a few follow-ups in between. John was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend Paradise Home Mortgage to everyone.

PHM is the best mortgage and broker company I I've ever worked with. I have been working with the team for over two years and they always ensure that my finances, property and, decisions concerning such are in a great space. I recently worked with them in August this year during closures and various COVID related lock outs. Because of PHM knowledge and dedication to customer service I was able to refinance and close out everything ahead of schedule and come out with an interest rate 2 points below market and receive over $4K in incentives. I'm a service member and a Hawaii state transplant. I've tried to work with other local vendors and mortgage agencies here and they e always tried to take advantage of me. But, since I've been working with PHM I've always been in a good space. PHM is knowledgable. Great customer service, the best communication and, the best mortgage and broker team I've ever worked with. My business will always be with PHM.
