Foreclosure Home Retention LLC contacted me through the mail and I was desperate to save my parents' home for three years. The first conversation with the man was not good, he called me at 10:30 pm and was angry that I wasn't available. He explained what we would do, and said that Bankruptcy would be the final thing we would do. Two days later, he screamed at me and said I had to file Bankruptcy immediately. I did what I had to do, and asked him if there was a charge for filing Bankruptcy, he said "NO," but one day later he said I needed $300.00. I filed the Bankruptcy and waited, but he never called me back. The house was sold after I paid $1250.00. He said on our phone call that he "dropped the ball," but will not admit it now. I would like a refund of my money since they did no work for it, but they are refusing. I am now homeless and broke because I cannot get my money back.

This service is amazing and their customer service is top-notch. If you need someone who can be tough but fair with lenders, these are the folks for you!
