PickUpFlowers.com Lied about delivery

I ordered online from the USA at about 8an Ireland time. I wanted flowers delivered on that day in Dublin to my daughter. The day was May 8th. The order confirmation gave me delivery date of May 8th. I waited and used their live chat to check on the order. My credit card was charged immediately the full price plus shipping. A total of over $60us for a small bouquet with a tiny stuffed bear. I was willing to pay the price. I know Mother's Day is just two days away but this is to be delivered before Mother's Day. They repeated lied to me online and, I believe, when I asked specifics and said I KNEW they were lying about already delivering the order, they did something to live chat and disconnected it. Their website is lovely and enticing but they are a complete sham and liars and thieves.

PickUpFlowers.com Do not provide the services they describe

I ordered the flower bouquet from the company which had lilies, hydrangeas, kalas and roses. Not to mention that they delivered the flowers late in the evening instead of daytime, the bouquet that the birthday person got had only 5! Buds of lilies! Tried to contact the customer service for a couple of days because according to their site "you can exchange the flowers if you are not satisfied" they had the gut to tell that the flowers they delirvered are the flowers I paid for! Stay away from that company and save your time and money! The worst customer service I have to deal with!

PickUpFlowers.com scam

Absolutely disgusting that this website is allowed to still exist. Complete scam. they took my money and didn't deliver anything.
When i tried to contact them they blocked all forms of communication. I called both their offices in the UK and U.S and was just met with background noise and no one speaking. Their skype talk option connected then they just blocked me. Their online live chat option is clearly not a real person and just kept either ignoring my questions or cutting me off. The day after i started receiving ridiculous emails from them that made no sense and were contradicting in the same mail, also clearly generated and not from an actual person.

PickUpFlowers.com I should have done my homework before ordering and check the reviews

Oh my God! This company is to terrible, I should have done my homework before ordering and check the reviews. Now I'm dreadful.
I ordered flower arrangment for my Brother's 50th Birthday in Europe. First of all they have a complete miscommunication between each other, took them a whole day to verify the payment information and then at 4AM ( of course who is sleeping ?) they send me an email stating my order is out of stock and if I want they can deliver it 2 days later. Are you kidding me? How about if I serve you dinner and give you a fork at a later time, huh? You are terrible creatures. Get out of this business, you are nothing but failure. ( And by the way - put someone who can speak English clearly, I understand someone in India cost cheaper but c'mon)

PickUpFlowers.com This is a very poorly run company with customer service that barely speaks english

I palced an order with them twice before and it went fine even though they overcharged me, the 3rd time i placed an order, they replied back that their loval partner was asking for $15 more because it's a provincial address, they never charged me extra before and I am sending it to the same recipient. I chatted with their costumer service which was no help at all, and they will issue my refund 2 days later. this is a very poorly run company with customer service that barely speaks english, stay away from them.

PickUpFlowers.com Failure in Delivery with No refund!

After comparing a lot of flowershops with delivery service, I ordered a bouquet of flowers at PICKUPFLOWERS.COM to be delivered in Ulm, Germany a couple of days ago (ORDER:[protected]) and in the delivery date I received an email stating that the address was wrong or that the receiver was unknown at the address. I used the 24/7 live chat to see what happened since I recheck and all the details given (name, address, telephone numbers of receiver and sender) were correct and the receiver. The person of the chat told me to wait since he will contact his partner at Germany to see if we can picked up the order at their shop since my order only could be received that day.. During more than an hour of no help from PICKUPFLOWERS.COM I called DHL in Germany and a friend of mine went to ULM DHL warehouse to see if the flowers where still there to be picked up... The guy from PICKUPFLOWERS customer service didnt help me out on anything! After more than an hour of waiting he told me that the name of the receiver didnt was on the DOORBELL so that is why they couldnt deliver& the only solution was to re-schedule the delivery date and that I would have to pay the 50% oof the bouquet price+delivery fee... this was so stupid! since they had the receiver telephone number on the details, the receiver was actually on the address and they had my telephone number too! they didnt care about my urgency and the special of this delivery was! eventhough they have the SATISFACTION GUARANTEE policy of refund or replace if not satisfied... they didnt wanted to refund me anything! ..really, I highly don´t recommend this company!

Did u recive ur refund amount ? Even I had ordered from Betty but of no use they dint deliver at all and they told me that they wil refund the whole amount and I'll receive a transaction ID but of no use again more lie I dint recive any mail or transaction ID

PickUpFlowers.com wrong address delivery

Ordered flowers from this company online and they delivered them to my home address 50 miles away from the place they were suppose to be delivered, the florist was a mere 4 miles from the delivery address! When I came home and seen this wilted pathetic boquet at my door and called them, I was greeted by a rude B*** who informed me that it was my problem, I must have put the wrong address on the send to line! Fortunately I did a screen shot of the transaction (which allowed me to get a refund from the CC issuer after about 90 days!) I asked that if this were the case, why would they send the flowers from the particular florist when I am sure there are another dozen in my area who participate... No good answers, just attitude. The bottom line is, I would never have ordered from these jerks had I did a simple review search before hand, silly me did not give it any consideration until this went south, and after reading all the other reviews I see this is their typical transaction. This company is nothing but a wanna be telefloral or something of that nature, Simply a middle man trying to eak out a small percentage from each transaction. They make mistakes, but they still have to pay the member florist, so they will fight you tooth and nail. The good news is, they will not survive and soon they will be out of business. What a group of complete idiots! I wonder how many other occassions they have ruined! Also, be aware, the boquet was pathetic! I guess low bid, you get what you pay for! No deals here!

This florist is unreliable, rude, not timely in its delievery, do not use. Full correspondence between us below:

The flourist lied about attempting to deliver on the order date, they will say anything to wash themselves of responsbility. Cannot be trusted

Conduct is misleading and deceptive.

Service is poor.

On the website it says “Satisfaction Guarantee “

“•On time delivery
•No Hidden Costs
•Refund or replace, if not satisfied”

This is also a lie.

Do not use this Indian based company which pretends to be global. I feel I have been scam.

And also we felt that delivering it to house would be safer than delivering it to school address.
This was the main reason for the delayed delivery and it was not our fault.
And then the order was sent out for delivery after confirming with the recipient and was delivered on 17th Feb with recipients confirmation and indeed recipient is happy with the delivered product.

The issue is that I paid for flowers to be delivered on valentines day, not 2 days later at the florist's convenience. As you know, flowers are priced more expensively on this festive day. I did not get the service I ordered and this makes me angry.

Give me a refund as agreed below or i will lodge a complaint with the Australian ACCC and Singapore CASE. This entire conversation will be forwarded onto the local regulators.

PickUpFlowers.com Do not order from them, you will be disappointed

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day since I am in Spain for the semester. He received the confirmation email on Feb. 11th that they had been delivered, but it is now Feb. 20th and I still haven't received them, even after several emails and chats with "customer representatives" who claim they are still waiting to hear back from their local partner. They also said they would call and/or send me an email when they hear from their partner, which has yet to happen. We're now asking for our money back. Do NOT order from them, you will be disappointed.

Got in touch withe thee online help on thee website and theis is thee response -
"Since today is a very high day, our agents would start deliveries almost from 7 AM and will be doing deliveries theroughout thee day until night. We cannot confirm a delivery time. But, please be assured theat your valentines gift would be delivered today.
And theen theey theink its OK to deliver thee flowers on thee 15the of Feb because theey had a busy day!
Requested a refund - lets see what happens don't have high hopes.

Absolutely terrible! Everyone, DO NOT order from this lousy company. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday that was supposed to arrive during the day on her birthday. She heard nothing until 9pm at that night!

And also we felt that delivering it to house would be safer than delivering it to school address.
This was the main reason for the delayed delivery and it was not our fault.
And then the order was sent out for delivery after confirming with the recipient and was delivered on 17th Feb with recipients confirmation and indeed recipient is happy with the delivered product.

The issue is that I paid for flowers to be delivered on valentines day, not 2 days later at the florist's convenience. As you know, flowers are priced more expensively on this festive day. I did not get the service I ordered and this makes me angry.

Give me a refund as agreed below or i will lodge a complaint with the Australian ACCC and Singapore CASE. This entire conversation will be forwarded onto the local regulators.

PickUpFlowers.com Just awful, nobody answers telephone - would never recommend using this company

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered 2 bouquets to Europe, on day of first scheduled delivery received email stating couldn't send ordered flowers out of stock & would I go online & reorder which I refused to do having already checked funds had cleared from account. After quoting them Distance Selling Act 2000 and threatening Office of Fair Trading they eventually delivered completely different flowers. Second bouquet never received on transacted day either, over 4 days late, not what was ordered plus no surprise element due to having to ask recipients to let me know if they'd got flowers. Just awful, nobody answers telephone - would never recommend using this company.

The flourist lied about attempting to deliver on the order date, they will say anything to wash themselves of responsbility. Cannot be trusted

Conduct is misleading and deceptive.

Service is poor.

On the website it says “Satisfaction Guarantee “

Strongly agree with U, the service on Pickupflowers.com is too bad.
Today is Valentine's Day, I ordered flowers for my wife from this website, the product is awful with the following 4 points,
1. The flowers was delivered on 4 PM in the afternoon, it's too late, there was only one hour left for my wife to go off work.
2. The flowers delivered is totally not the flowers I see on the website, the one I see on the website is good but the delivered one is much worse.
3. The flowers is even a little weathered when my wife received it.
4. There is no free chocolate except the flowers themselves.
Please don't choose this website to deliver your love or you will get nightmare!

PickUpFlowers.com They accepted my purchase, then at the last minute, changed my order

Very bad - I wish I had seen this website - they accepted my purchase, then at the last minute, changed my order. They called the night before to ask if it was OK. I would have used another service if I had time.

Note - this is a company in India - I didn't realize it until they called me the night before delivery.

PickUpFlowers.com Will never use them again

Absolutely pathetic service. I placed the order almost a week ago for Mother's Day flowers to be delivered to India and it's evening there now and yet it hasn't been delivered. When I called them up and asked them they are so clueless, they don't even know who their retailer is in the city. They "trust" they will deliver soon enough is what I heard from them. And then again they don't promise that the flowers will be fresh given that it is going to be delivered late. Absolutely f*** all service! Will never use them ever again. More stress for every buck you pay these folks!

Don't do it! I ordered 2 weeks ago for my girlfriends birthday on March 10th. They were to deliver between 11am - 3pm. I got an email from customer service at 4:30 pm... the day of scheduled delivery, asking me for extra money because of the distance from the local flower shop to the place of delivery. And that they could not deliver until the following day until i agreed to pay the extra fee. Unbelievable!!!
