Good day

The manager Alfred refused to exchange the rotten food due to the fact that I didn't have a slip but he confided me in a very rude manner and I was very appalled at the service I ended up telling him that im a fellow customer he does not have the right to shouted at but he continued him and his fellow colleague.
I then left and came back with the slip and he told me so rudely to stand in the line for my refund after I came back from work which is close to pick n pay that's why I buy food there
almost everyday
now I decided to leave and serve my I took a picture of the goods and my aim is to put it on social media to make people aware what our shops are feeding us.

Alfred is very rude he even told me he doesn't care I can escalate the matter and he forced me to take a fresh set of rolls but I refused my name is Arefa and these are my numbers [protected] I will the picture on social as I have witnesses which are my fellow colleagues I am utterly disappointed at the service I received and aim to let future customers know
