Today 10/03/2021 at 13:26 I went to do shopping at Pnp The Falls, Roodepoort JHb

The till didn't give a discount when they swiped the card I then went to the manager's podium looking for assistance I found a guy and a lady chatting there and I greeted firstly but the was no answer and then I said I hi again" can I please speak to the manager and then the guy replied and said 'ufunani' what do you want? With a very bad attitude, I then asked for help to this other lady they said she's a senior manager she also gave me an attitude by saying if you need help shout at me

The guys name is Tebogo he's a Bakery Manager

I finally addressed my complaint to the Store Manager Raymond, he was so apologetic kind and then said he will address this issue to his managers.

Desired outcome: Teach Managers Good Customer Service
