Dear Sirs, I have been a loyal customer of Philips for many years. I have continually purchased your toothbrushes. However, over the last few years, I have noticed that your toothbrushes constantly stop working after about 6-8 months. This was never the case, but it now seems to be a regular occurrence. I have purchased about four in the last two years.
