I have one CobraTec knife that I love so much I just purchased two more smaller knives. One for each of my key chains. The salesperson was helpful in showing me all the options for your keychain. Come visit their showroom if you can. Girls, ya'll need a CobraTec!

I really like the knife. I've had the knife for around 40 day's. I'm really disappointed that most of the paint is falling off. I have never had this happen before. Unfortunately this company doesn't warranty the paint on there product's. So I am letting potential buyer's know that this is a problem before they make a purchase. Other than the paint issue the knife works well.

I wanted to share a bit of my experience with CobraTec Knives. I have never dealt with a company who makes it a mission to take care of their customers in such a way. Most companies beat around the bush when it comes to warranty and customer service. Not CobraTec Knives. If you ever have issues with one of your products, call and speak to a tech. I own several knives, and I can say with all honesty, this company cares about its customers. I will continue to purchase from CobraTec Knives. Because nothing is more important than reliability and customer service.

I purchased a new CTK-1 and a month later it did not release correctly. I sent for warranty repair and it was returned and operated correctly a only few days. I called customer service and the representative immediately knew my knife and said they cleaned wood chips and all was well. I had not used it on wood. The warranty representative said send it in again. I returned my knife to the store for replacement. My replacement knife worked a couple of months and now is inoperable. It was used for cutting cardboard. The knife is poor quality and not dependable. My experience with customer service was poor.

Great knives! I ordered a large FS-X and received it very quickly. I absolutely love this knife! Great price plus a lifetime warranty! They also have great customer service. I called because I couldnt decide on which knife to order and the gentlemen that answered was more than willing to help out and answer any questions I had.
