I had a great experience with this company
I had a great experience with this company. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. The employees, both on the phone and in person, were friendly and helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied with the level of service provided.

This has been by far the most disappointing experience I've had with customer service. Despite having a contract for their services, they not only altered the price but also failed to fulfill their promises. Needless to say, I will never consider using their services again and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

In response to my initial review, CMI stated on the ComplaintsBoard.com website that they would issue a refund and send it by mail. However, I have yet to receive any refund from CMI. It has been well over a month since their false promise was made online.
I recently entered into multi-service contracts with CMI for two properties
I recently entered into multi-service contracts with CMI for two properties. Unfortunately, I began to notice a recurring pattern of issues with their services. Frustrated, I decided to reach out to their office to express my concerns. However, to my surprise, *** from their office responded in a rather unprofessional manner, telling me to "take my business elsewhere and never call again." In addition, she mentioned that she would be happy to refund me.
Despite her promises, I have sent two emails to both *** and the office since 8/12/22, but have received no response or refund for the pre-paid service contracts. It is clear that CMI has breached the contract by failing to provide the agreed-upon maintenance services. As a result, I am now requesting a refund for the services that were not rendered.
Furthermore, it is worth noting that CMI also installed new AC units, which should come with a one-year labor warranty.
