I went on the Anchor Hocking website and ordered some replacement parts. I sent them pictures of what I needed and they said they could send me the parts. But it's been a while since I placed the order, sometime before September, and I still haven't received anything. I've been trying to contact them, but I haven't been able to get in touch with them since then.

I bought 2 same silverware sets online together. They sent me only one set, but the paper inside the box said there were two sets in the package. The box came fine and not opened, so the mistake must have been made at their warehouse. I messaged them many times about this problem and didn't get any reply for weeks. Finally, today I got a reply saying I should talk to the shipping company if there was a problem. But like I said, the mistake was their fault, not the shipping company's.
