Patrick arrived to our house and provided a hands on, visual inspection of the current electric panel and gave a fair estimate to upgrade it, ensuring the new electric panel, and required work would be safe and upto code.

Dzmitry, Andi, and Chad were all fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure all of the work done was perfect before they left. They talked us through and problems that came up and what they did to solve them. They were very professional and friendly.

Professional and knowledgeable are the first words that come to mind. Matt and Jason were very competent as well as patient with my numerous questions. I've never had this level of excellent communication with any company. With emails, texts, and calls I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

Steven C, and Yates S did a terrific job, replacing circuit box, rewiring, setting up a generator in the event of power outage plus repairing damages caused by another contractor. Fast, easy to deal with good prices and reliability. These folks will definitely be back here again to handle my electrical needs!

Red Royal Electric Inc sent Matt N. to our home assess the electrical issues we wanted addressed. He showed up on time on the day scheduled. He spent as much time as we needed going over every issue and request that we had. It did take some time, but he was very patient, attentive and thorough. Matt gave us options to do the work in phases, if we wanted to. Because we had a "laundry list" of things to go over, he was only able to do some of the work that day. Two business days later, Matt came back to finish the work. He did an excellent job of installing 2 ceiling fans, 3 outdoor security lights (one had to be accessed from the attic). He replaced, removed , relocated, rerouted and repaired wiring and switches, and installed a light and with a light switch in our attic. Ryan accompanied Matt on the job to help with all the work. He was very knowledgeable and a hard worker. We were fortunate to have both electricians working in our home. We have used Red Royal Electric Inc in the past just once. I'm pleased that we decided to go with them again. When I needed to contact the office, I was able to speak with a person. They really strive to be on time, professional, thorough and even thoughtful.

He was courteous and professional. He did a thorough job of removing and installing a new kitchen hood. He was meticulous and left everything clean. The price was fair.

Excellent, dependable, professional, service. In addition to knowledgeable service personnel, the office staff is a pleasure to work with. They were highly recommended to me by an electrical contractor who does smaller jobs - and he was spot on about this excellent company.

Electrician came, I told him what I needed. He looked at my panel and immediately said, you need a new panel, to many wires in this one. $4000. No, i said. 4 times he said, then I can't do the job (changing 5 bundled grounds and neutrals). He spends 5 minutes in his van, comes back and says ok I'll do it for $246. Me, a senior with disabilities needing the job done, agree. He spends 20 minutes, on the job he previously couldn't do, and is finished. Not recommended.
