I took my vehicle to Alberton for a windshield replacement at 11am yesterday. Reg LY61RSGP. I was told it would take 1.5 hours to complete but to be safe, collect in 2 hours. I arrived at 1.30pm and was told it is not finished. At 2.10pm, I was told it was in the wash at which point, i demanded that my car be brought round as it did NOT need a wash. I then walked into the workshop area and found they were still installing the windshield. I received the vehicle at 2.40pm and minus my estate access sticker which I had to demand. I will NEVER use your services again as there is zero customer care and a poor attitude. I had to move my appointments as a result of this.

Desired outcome: A decent apology and a simple phone call to advise that 'we are behind schedule and can you come an hour later'
