Hello.

I've been a Peysmart customer for many years and rescued my 1st pittie from your Watchung NJ store many years ago. Unfortunately about a year ago, he passed. I went a bit until I got another pittie about 8 months ago.

So now when I stop at Petsmart (#2144 East Brunswick NJ) as I did yesterday and purchased a few items, there are NO BAGS. I have expressed my frustration several times at the store, but it seems as though I have been given the fxxx you, we dont care.

Realizing this state in its infinite wisdom has chosen to ban plastic bags and there not supposed to be used, there are other types of bags including mesh, paper etc. When I go into a shoprite or my local hardware store, they always have a bag of some type.

You need to provide bags for shoppers. Your prices are not exactly cheap. You sell many canned goods, treats and the like. It is inconvenient to shop at your store. And by the way, the answer is not for the customer to bring their own bags. Yesterday on my way home I realized I needed a few cans of food so decided to stop. Didn't have a bag to bring in and none was provided. Do the right thing...PROVIDE BAGS FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS!
