Chewy review: Tracks my order history, chewy coupons never apply

Every time Chewy offers discounts, gift cards, coupons for example "30 dollar e-gift card on orders over $100", the promos NEVER include items I have ordered in the past. Another example, I always order cases of Science Diet sensitive stomach chicken and rice, however targeted promos and coupons ALWAYS EXCLUDE the very times I regularly order.Thus... I only order locally from Petsmart. Petsmart is not only cheaper per can by over 50 cents, but Petsmart has much better offers like "buy a case, get two cans free" and perks rewards that give you money you can apply on a future order. Chewy is a major ripoff. Targeted prompts, more expensive items, fake promotions that NEVER apply to YOU.
