Auto-Ship signed up for in 23 June 2026 for first delivery 24 Jul 2026.
All adjustments to order made before deadline of 22 Jul 2026. Additional new Petco delivery date of 25 Jul 2026, then 26 Jul 2026 from Petco.
27 Jul 2026 NO order. Two Dachshunds recovering from surgery. Needed delivery.
Contact with Petco rep. Franz Sweetheart. Franz stated order not to be delivered until perhaps 30 Jul 2026. Order NOT to receive advertised 35% discount of FIRST ORDER due to order of 23 June 26
Such lousy unacceptable business practices. DO NOT WASTE TIME
w/ Pectco. .

Desired outcome: Get the order here today. Not going to happen.Now have to go out with recovering surgery dogs in house.Refund / credit all funds. CANCEL Petco.
