Cheyenne wyoming location are mislabeling their tarantula species in order to sell them for more money. This creates an unsafe living environment for these spiders because every species has specific needs and mislabeling them makes it so customers are creating living environments for the wrong spider. Their customer service sucks. The manager is rude to customers and acts like she cant be bothered

Sigh another child mistaking not getting what they want as rude. They have their prices, If you cannot afford it do not buy a tarantula. I am sure someone that can afford to buy one will buy one. No need to be dramatic.
