Petco review: Grooming service

on 1/28/2024 I took dog to Stratford Petco in Ct. I paid for a full groom service, and I told the tech (Jessica) I wanted him to be cut in a 4 or 5 because it was cold outside just did not want him to have a low cut. she then told me that he had a small patch of matting and she cold blend it in. when I got back my baby was completely bald and his face was cut uneven. I proceeded to ask her why she cut him so low, and she told me to relax. I then called the manager (Bridgette) who gave me my money back and an apology for the tech's behavior. once I got home, I notice that his face was cut and that his private was cut as well. I then called back, and no one will come to the phone or call me back for that matter. I am so upset I don't know what to do. I will never go back there.
