Petco review: Complaining about restrooms being closed to customers

On July 5th 2021 My husband visited the store. He asked to go to the restroom and said that it was an emergency. The clerk said he has to go next door to TJMax. He left went to TJMax on the way got extremely sick. I was just disappointed in the way he was treated. I was at home had to come get him bring clothes for him to change. I feel it was a bad judgement. My husband has had kidney transplant and other medical issues. This store is very close to my home but we will not give our business to you. We have three dogs so we do spend a lot at this store.

Did speak with the store manager never really offered a sincere apology

Desired outcome: Just wanted to inform the headquarters maybe in future treat the customers as kind as you treat the animals.
