So, I ordered some tags for my pets from Pet Tag 4 Life, and it took a little over a week for them to arrive. I was a bit surprised to find out that the company is actually based in America, even though their website has a .co.uk domain. But hey, I guess that's just the way things are these days.

Anyway, when I got the tags, I noticed that the phone number on them was really small - like, less than 2mm high. And to make matters worse, it wasn't very clear either. I mean, what's the point of having a phone number on a pet tag if no one can read it, right?

So I decided to complain to Pet Tag 4 Life about it. And you know what they did? They offered me a 25% discount on my next order. I mean, come on. I didn't want a discount - I wanted a replacement or a refund! But I guess that's just how some companies operate these days.
