I got the free training for barking dogs from TheDogTrainingSecret.com. Then I decided to buy a program for $27. But, after not having any luck with the free training, I knew there was no way the dog was going to respond to anything else. So, I tried to cancel the program, but I just got charged again. When I called the number they gave, it didn't even ring. It just said "good bye". I tried contacting them through email, but got no response. I don't think it's a good company when you can't get a person or response to email.

This website is not good! I bought some videos for $29 to train my dog, called The Hands Off 2.0 Dog Training, and another one for $7 called Coming When Called. Mr Chet said these videos would show me how to train my dog, but instead he just talks about concepts without showing me what to do. I wanted to see him actually training a dog, not just talking. I tried to talk to someone on their chat, but no one was there. They don't have a phone number either. They say they have a 60-day money-back guarantee, but where is my money? I want a full refund!

I bought the start training and it was good. But I got the dog tricks program a few days ago and when I ordered it, I got kicked out of the order page. It said that my account was charged, but I didn't get the download link. So, I contacted them twice through their contact form on the website. Stuff like this happens sometimes, you know? But they didn't get back to me either time. Then I emailed their email directly, info at thedogtrainingsecret.com, but it bounced back and said it couldn't be delivered. So I tried another email that I saw in my mail feed. That one didn't bounce back, but they still haven't answered me. I went back to the page where I ordered from, but it looks like it's gone. It says there's a DNS error. I tried calling them twice at ***, but when I got connected, the robot call just said goodbye. I couldn't leave a message. I think I did my part by trying to fix this without complaining, but I can't get in touch with ANYONE. It's too bad because they have a good website, good info, and it seemed like a good business. I'll talk to my bank to see if I can get my money back. I know that DNS errors happen, websites can get hacked, and sometimes people can't be reached because of personal stuff, but they have so many ways to contact them and none of them work...? That doesn't make me feel very confident...

I give this website 0 stars. I was so excited to buy this stuff. I saw an ad on Facebook that Chet was looking for 15 people to join a trial training course. They said they would use the same secrets used with service training dogs. But there were only a few spots left at a lower price. I was so excited to join. I bought it and got an email saying there were only a couple of spots left and my time was running out. But I couldn't get to the materials. I emailed them and never heard back. The next morning I got access. The materials start with a lecture that is hard to listen to. The audio is bad. The video isn't great either. It's not worth the price. But maybe that's why he lied and said it was a "trial" so he could excuse the bad quality. The actual training starts with the first clicker training exercise. The trainer in the video never shows us her clicker and I never hear the clicker. Another disappointment. There is a question and answer board, but when I ask a question, the trainer is annoyed and condescending. There are so many people in the classes - it's not a trial training and there are people in different stages of training asking questions on the live calls. It's all very misleading and I asked for a refund. I haven't heard from anyone and filed a complaint with my credit card company. I have no problem paying for what I'm buying. But I don't like being lied to and misled and asked to pay for someone to scam me into buying their product. If the product is good, why lie? And to prey on people who need dog training help is sad. Be real - the trainer says she "calls it as it is" while participating in this kind of trickery. Wow! Really!

They gave me a discount code for $10 off, so I bought it for $39. I watched the videos and read the materials, but I was disappointed. The information wasn't secret and the techniques were available for free online. The videos only had slides with instructions and a digital voice. The quality was low and not worth the price. The program used a prong collar and throwing soft items at the dog, which I didn't want to use. I asked for a refund, but they said I couldn't because I got a discount. It's a scam because they always have a sale or discount, so they never have to give a refund. I wasted $39 on useless material. Be careful before buying.

I can't get into my Dog Training Secrets subscription online. Someone else had the same problem. The page is blank and the phone hangs up. Their stuff is really good. I don't know what's going on unless they're having technical issues, but it's been since October 2022!

The link in the enrollment letter is disabled and when I try to log in, it says my email or password is invalid. I tried to reset my password, but I never got the recovery link. I know my email is correct because it's on my receipt. When I try to contact them, the site can't be reached. I even called the number on my receipt, but it just says goodbye and hangs up. I'm so frustrated because I was supposed to have access to everything forever.

I tried to login recently but my username/password didn't work. I tried to reset my password but I never got an email with reset information. I emailed them multiple times and tried calling the number listed on the website but it just says goodbye and disconnects. I also tried contacting support via the online contact form but never got a response. There's no information on the website saying they're out of business or having technical difficulties. I want a full refund immediately since my guarantee for full lifetime access to the programs I bought has been denied and support is non-responsive.

I had ordered online for video to train my dog to stop barking. I received an email to sign in which required my email and it was to provide me with a password to sign on. I never received the password and I attempted to email them back and it keeps coming back to me as undeliverable. My bank account was charged $27 for this video which I cannot even access. I would like to have my money refunded and have them stop emailing me with offers that are bogus.
