Overall, I would not recommend LostMyKitty.com to anyone. Their website is intrusive and difficult to use, and they do not respect people's phone preferences. If you are considering using this service, be prepared to receive yet another annoying robocall.

On November 2nd, 2016, our little girl Kierra somehow slipped outside when we took the trash out. We didn't notice that she was gone until the next morning. We were so sad that she was gone and started searching for her with no luck. The night of November 3rd, 2016, I found this site online and printed off the flyers that I created with their online tools. They were beautiful color flyers. I stuck flyers in mailboxes that night and took some to the animal hospital on November 3rd, 2016. I was told that they had already been notified by lostmykitty.com. How awesome that this was one step that I did not have to do. Again handed out flyers to more houses the evening of November 3rd, 2016. I received a call from someone the afternoon of November 4th, 2016 that had seen her in their yard drinking water from their cats bowl. That's where we concentrated our search looking and hollering for her. At least we now knew that she was still in the area and alive. Finally found her after just 2 days at 10:30pm. I gotta say, LostMyKitty.com is the real deal. When my little furball Midnite went missing on Jan. 26, 2016, I was beside myself with worry. But I stumbled upon this website and decided to give it a shot. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint.

I just wanted to share how happy I am with the service provided by LostMyKitty.com. The phone call alert was super quick, and I couldn't have gone around knocking on all those doors in the time it took for the notification to go out. It was definitely worth it. I got a call within half an hour of the alert going out, and another one the next day. My cat did eventually show up in my yard during the night, but he was so scared and wary that he wouldn't come to me. I put some food out for him, but he still wouldn't budge. So, I left the food inside my house at the sliding door and left it open with the lights out. At 4 o'clock in the morning, when it was quiet and dark, he finally came in through the basement and started meowing because he knew where he was. Luckily, he had gone as far into the basement as he could, so I was able to go down in the dark and shut the door.

The alert message also advised neighbors to check sheds and other places, which I think was really helpful. If my cat had been trapped in a shed or garage, he wouldn't have been able to make it back to my yard if people hadn't been alerted to check their sheds, garages, and outbuildings. I give credit to the alert for the possibility that my cat was able to make it back home.

Willow was missing from Tuesday until early Sunday morning, and I was so worried about him. I thank God that he's back and for the help that LostMyKitty.com provided. It was definitely worth the money, and I would recommend this service to anyone who has lost their pet.
