I’ve been purchasing this since you put it on the market but the last 2 time I’ve purchased the 6 month supply for my 2cats it didn’t kill the fleas ,we’ve never had a flea problem due to our exterminator for years so I’m asking if you may have changed the product or if maybe it was old at Petco ? I spend a lot each month plus I purchase for my grand kitties too! Please advise

I purchased a sorressto collar for my dog for thee seasons, and never had any issues until this season I found an ebedded tick, and the collar is not cheap. If it is not going to take care of the ticks it should not be advertised that it does because that is false advertisement. No one should have to check there pet for ticks when the collar is suppose to be effective for both. If it is just going to take care of the fleas, you may as well purchase a flea collar and it will be a whole lot cheaper and just as effective being that is all your getting with the pricey sorresto. ***THE MOST RIDICULOUS REBATE PROGRAM*** I have been buying Seresto Collars for my pets for many years now and have been very satisfied until this past year. The collar works... it's expensive but it lasts 8 months. It seems safe enough and I have literally watched flees drop dead off of my cat before. So I purchase between 5 and 9 collars every 8 months. I had 5 dogs, 2 cats and I get my sons 2 dogs collars also. I have never had any issues with the mail in rebates before. I would pay around $70 for a collar and get a mail in rebate. This past year, I didn't receive 5 of the 11 rebates I sent. I just spoke with them and found out THERE IS A LIMIT OF 6 rebates a year! Tell me how that math works out when u spent close to $800 yearly on products that need to be replaced every 8 months but there is a limit of 6 per 12 months!?!? What a rip off! After 4 years of being a loyal customer, I will take my loyalty somewhere else!

I sent all required paperwork for a rebate of $40.00 for advantage multi for my dog. I got nothing. I sent a letter to them in Shawnee pa
And got nothing. I want to complain as much as I can. This is extremely bad business

If it isn't resolved I will totally stop buying this product and advise all I know who have pets to stop purchasing it

I sent it in on time and they said it was being processed n I never got it

This stuff causes cancer and kills honey bees. It has been proven in various studies and determined by three grand juries. For some reason people aren't aware, don't care or in some cases rush to defend the product. The farmers in my neighborhood are too lazy to do the work and till the fields so they just dump a whole bunch of this stuff out and it seeps into my organic garden and makes my animals sick.

I submitted all required documentation for a $40.00 rebate. I purchased one pack of Advantage Multi and had the vet do a heart worm test so I qualified for the $40.00 rebate. I mailed all documents on April 16, 2018, called several times when I did not receive the rebate in the time indicated on the for, was told by a customer rep. to resubmit to "special handling" which I did on June 4, 2018. I was given a fax number to resubmit which I attempted numerous times with no answer. Have called two more times and still do not have the rebate.

After the announcement of the filing of bankruptcy bayer is not allowing any of their business travel on air berlin for the time being. I have twice sent the rebate forms, receipts, end tabs etc. to the Advantage Multi $20/$50 Rebate Offer in El Paso, TX. Both times they have rejected my rebate ($50) because they say I did not include the receipts from my Veterinary Clinic. They are technically correct because I didn't purchase the product from my vet clinic, I purchased on-line from Dr. Foster and Smith website and supplied their receipt/invoice showing my information, purchase price, quantity purchased and any and all information that is normally found on a vendor's receipt. Nowhere in the rebate offer does it state that the product must be purchased from a Veterinary Clinic. My veterinarian had to authorize the purchase from Dr. Foster and Smith as this product requires a prescription in FL.

The first rejection stated that I had not submitted "the sales receipt from your purchase" the second rejection stated that I had not submitted "the receipt from your Veterinary Clinic as required."
They choose not to provide any contact information except the PO Box Address in El Paso, TX no phone, no email.
