I was really disappointed that I had to go out and get him something else for his birthday, but I figured I could just put the key chain under the tree for Christmas. Now, I'm thinking maybe I can give it to him for our anniversary in March.

The shipping was incredibly slow and to make matters worse, I still haven't received my product. I received an email on 12/10/2021 stating that I didn't select the size of the boot. However, in the picture they sent with the email, it clearly states that I ordered a size 10.5 MENS. I responded immediately with a picture proving that I did order the correct size, but I have yet to receive a response.

I have sent a total of 5 emails to this company asking where my boots are, and each time I receive the same response stating that I didn't select a size. I have stated in every email that the size I ordered was a 10.5 MENS, but it seems like they are not reading my messages. I have received all the other products that I ordered, but not the boots. This lack of communication is unacceptable, pandemic or not.

I am extremely frustrated with this company and their lack of customer service. I still want the boots as they are a gift, but I have my doubts that they will arrive in time for Valentine's Day. If they don't have the boots in stock, I need to be notified and given a full refund of $61.56 plus the tax and shipping charges already paid for this product.
