This company, Indigo Pet Co (indigopetco.com), is a complete joke. The order form is so confusing, I accidentally submitted an order when I was just trying to enter a coupon code. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order, but I never got a response. When I finally received the product, I was so disappointed with the terrible quality of it. I didn't even want it anymore, but I couldn't get a refund. I emailed them multiple times, but they never responded. I had to get my bank involved to finally get my money back.

Their contact form is also terrible. They ask for a phone number, but they don't have any "content to marketing" clauses. This means they can use your phone number for marketing purposes without your consent. That's not cool. If you're unhappy with this company, I suggest calling your bank and asking for a refund. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed on the internet.

Overall, I would not recommend Indigo Pet Co to anyone. Their products are terrible and their customer service is even worse. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

I was super stoked when I saw Indigo Pet Co's ad pop up on my screen. I mean, who wouldn't want a solution to pesky dog hair in the wash cycle? They did say I could pay more money to ship their faulty traps back to them and receive a credit, but based on my experience, I don't want to spend another dollar on this company. It's a total scam and I wish there was a better way to hold these types of companies accountable.

So, being the responsible and proactive customer that I am, I initiated the return process within their 14-day window as stated on their website. I sent not one, but three emails to their support team over the course of two weeks, each time asking for an update on the status of my return. In addition to this, I also filled out their online contact form on two separate occasions, but still, no response.

At this point, I was getting frustrated and almost lost all hope. I even took it a step further and threatened to file a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau) in hopes of getting a response from them. Yet, still no reply from their end.

Eventually, I went ahead and filed the complaint with BBB, but looking at the reviews left there by other customers, I'm not holding out much hope of ever hearing back from them. It's very disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company that claims to care about its customers.

All in all, if you're considering purchasing from Indigo Pet Co, I recommend making sure that you won't need to contact their customer service team because, from my experience, it seems like they don't have one to begin with!

But, man oh man, things didn't go as planned. First off, I didn't get any notification that my order was shipped, even though they took my money right away. I mean, come on now! That ain't cool.
After waitin' and waiting, I finally heard from them that my order was shipped, but no one even took the time to say they were sorry for the delay. Finally, my package arrived... but it was missin' one of the items I ordered! Can you believe that?

After attempting to contact them again, I decided to submit a resolution via Paypal. However, they said I never contacted them, and that I was outside of their 7-day return policy. What the heck?

Honestly, it's just not worth it. If you're thinking about buying from this company, think again. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation with this company. The customer service is terrible, and the products aren't what they say they are. This company is completely worthless.

For those of you who are still interested in this company, I want to just give you a heads up. Don't expect anything amazing from them. Unfortunately, I am moving forward with a credit card dispute because that's how terrible this experience was.

This company is absolutely terrible! I don't recommend buying from them at all. Back in late September, I ordered two costumes for my doggos - the Holy Hound Dog and Deadly Doll Dog costumes. It's now been over a month and I still haven't received my order! I reached out to Indigo Petco for an update on the status of my order on October 9th. They told me that I would definitely be receiving my order before Halloween.

Then, on October 19th, I received a text message saying that the order had been shipped. The only problem was that they didn't send me a tracking number! I immediately sent them an email, stressing that I would need my costumes by October 26th because I had a party to attend. But guess what? I never got a response to that email.

As of October 30th, I still hadn't received a response to my last email. So I sent another one, asking for an update on the status of my order and also directions on how to return their costumes because I was so fed up with them. Finally, on Halloween morning, I received one of the costumes (the Deadly Dog costume). Unfortunately, I still haven't received the other one to this day and have yet to receive a response from Indigo Petco.

Overall, I would steer clear of this company unless you want to be severely disappointed and frustrated. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and their communication is even worse. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else!

The customer service team told me that sometimes it can take up to seven days for the tracking information to update, but even if that were true, it beggars belief that they were only getting around to sending out my order on October 19th when I had placed it on October 11th! To make things worse, they stopped responding to my emails, and I even reached out to them through their Instagram page and left a comment on their latest photo from September 24th. I was completely ignored.

So anyway, I bought two dog costumes from them like, 16 days ahead of Halloween, but they didn't ship it. I had to hit them up myself to even find out what was going on. They said it was gonna be shipped "ASAP," and then they gave me a tracking number like, 20 minutes later. But now it's been like, 10 days and the status is still at "pre-shipment." Like, the items are just chillin' in Indigo's warehouse at this point.

My dog was really pumped to use it, but to my disappointment, the suction didn't hold too well, and the rope started fraying right off the bat.
