Joyride Harness Joyride Harness Review: Scam Alert - Poor Customer Service and Delays

Okay, y'all, let me tell you about my experience with Joyride Harness. Spoiler alert: it ain't pretty.

I've been waiting for my order for two whole months now, and all I've gotten is a bunch of emails saying they're experiencing delays. Uh, thanks for letting me know but where the heck is my stuff? And then, I got an email saying "hope you're enjoying your product!" Um, excuse me, I can't enjoy what I haven't received yet. When I wrote back to let them know that, they just sent me two more emails saying it was on its way and conveniently provided a USPS tracking number. But guess what? That tracking number was a straight-up joke. It didn't lead to any actual information, just like how Joyride didn't actually lead to me receiving my order.

I'm not trying to be dramatic, but this company is a straight-up scam. They took my hard-earned money, and now I'm left empty-handed. We're all working hard through this pandemic, and it's messed up that they're taking advantage of people like this.

Honestly, I'm so disappointed and disturbed by how they've treated me as a customer. You would think a company that markets itself as providing comfort and safety for pets would show a little bit of the same for their human customers. But nope, Joyride is clearly just in it for the money and doesn't care about the people they're scamming along the way. So, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Joyride Harness Unreliable and Unsafe: My Experience with the Joyride Harness for Dogs

Let me tell you about my experience with the Joyride Harness for my Wire Fox Terrier. I had him all secured in the car, seatbelt attached to the harness, and we were off to brave the holiday traffic. But when I glanced over, my heart sank as I saw the harness still attached to the seatbelt, but no dog in sight. The little guy had managed to wiggle his way out and jumped out of the window. I nearly caused a disaster trying to turn back and find him.

I was freaking out, thinking someone had snagged him or he had gotten hurt. But I finally spotted him darting through the cars, scared and confused. Blessedly, the cars had the good sense to stop and not hit him, but it was still a terrifying ordeal. I ran two red lights to get to him and thankfully grabbed him up.

Now to be fair, the harness fit him really well. But after that incident, there's no way I can recommend it to anyone else. I don't trust the design, and I worry that it could happen again and end much worse. So if you're looking for a harness, do your homework and make sure it's really as secure as you need it to be. Don't take chances with your furry buddy's safety!

Joyride Harness Joyride Harness Review: Dishonest and Unreliable, Buyer Beware

I'm gonna keep it real with y'all. I ordered a harness from Joyride Harness on December 12th, and they charged my credit card right away. Okay, cool, no problem. But then on December 16th, they hit me with the news that my delivery was gonna be 7 to 10 days delayed. And let me tell you, I needed that harness pronto, so I was like "nah, I gotta cancel this order." I sent them an email to cancel, but didn't hear back from them. A couple days later on December 19th, I sent another email to confirm the cancellation. But guess what? Joyride Harness said "nah, sorry homie, we can't cancel your order once it's been placed." Uh, excuse me? So, on December 21st, they told me the item was finally on its way, but then they hit me with another email saying it was delayed an additional 10 to 15 days. Are you kidding me? I was getting pretty pissed off by this point, and then finally on December 27th, they sent me an email saying they couldn't cancel or modify my order, even though they had already screwed up the delivery date twice. And if I wanted to return the harness, I'd have to pay for the postage AND a $7.95 restocking fee. What the heck?

Look, y'all, I'm not one to mince words. Joyride Harness is straight up stealing from its customers. It's not okay to charge someone a restocking fee for an item that you can't even deliver in a reasonable amount of time. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating potential customers like this. If you're thinking about buying from Joyride Harness, let me just tell you that it's a waste of your time and money. Don't deal with these crooks. Buyer beware.

Joyride Harness Joyride Harness Review: A Game Changer for Walks with your Furry Friend

Okay, so let me tell y'all about Joyride Harness. You might have seen some reviews that complain about the strap getting loose on the belly, but come on people, it's a harness, you gotta keep adjusting it so it fits snuggly on your furry friend. But let me get to the point here, this harness is a game changer for walks with your pup.

Before getting the Joyride Harness, my dogs were all over the place during walks, pulling me in every direction and just being generally unruly. But after getting this harness, everything changed. It gave me the control I needed to keep them in line, which was most evident when a wild dog came charging at us during a walk.

Thank goodness my husband was walking our two dogs, both sporting their Joyride Harnesses, because he was able to keep them in check and out of harm's way by positioning them behind him. Sure, our Shepard mix got a couple of scratches from the hostile dog, but it could have been so much worse if we didn't have these harnesses to keep them secure.

I swear to y'all, Joyriden Harness is the only harness I'll ever buy from now on. In fact, I just ordered two more this morning - one for my mom's big ol' Lab mix and one to replace the one my Corgi broke (yes, the poor thing slammed the clasp in a door, but that's no fault of Joyride themselves).

So take it from me, if you want to have a more peaceful and secure walk with your pup, get yourself a Joyride Harness ASAP.

Joyride Harness Great Product, Terrible Customer Service: A Review of Joyride Harnesses

Recently, I got myself 2 Joyride Harnesses for my fur babies. I already had one for my other dog and I must say, it's a wonderful product that gives me peace of mind knowing that my pets are safe and secure. However, dealing with the company was a different story.

Their communication skills are horrible! I tried to contact them multiple times asking for a phone call to straighten out some things, but they insisted on texting and emailing. Sometimes all it takes is a simple conversation to fix an issue, but I couldn't get them to even pick up the phone. To top it all off, I ended up waiting for two weeks to receive my harnesses! If only I'd gone through Amazon, I would have had my order in two days!

Now, let's get to the part that really grinds my gears. They sent me a promotion, and then wham! They told me I can't use it. That's not all, I even took advantage of the 15% discount for bulk purchasing not just one but two harnesses, then they sent me an offer to purchase a 3rd one at half price! Without hesitation, I jumped on that promo like a kid in a candy store. However, they hit me with another email saying that I wasn't eligible for the discount. So now, I had three harnesses when all I needed were two, and only one of those at 50% off. Nightmare! After countless emails and partial refunds, they left me with two harnesses and the last one being 50% off.

Honestly, the whole ordeal was overwhelming and tiring. I will never go through this company again, and I bet they won't get any recommendations from me. The product is great, but their customer service is a complete letdown.

Joyride Harness Unreliable and Scammy: My Honest Review of Joyride Harness

Listen, I gotta be honest with you. I had a real crap experience with Joyride Harness, and I ain't never ordering from them again. I mean, I ordered a harness for my dog - big deal, right? Nope, it ended up being a whole thing. According to the tracking, it was delivered, but I never got it. So I try to contact the company, and after a live chat, someone tells me they'll reach out. Know what happened? Crickets. I tried again, and they tell me it's in my mailbox. Excuse me?! I sent pictures of my mailbox - it's just three inches by three inches! Come on, now. And even if it wasn't, it's outside at my apartment complex. Someone probably snatched it up already. But nope, they keep insisting it was delivered and I should look again. You know how long I've been looking for that damn harness? Since January 3rd, 2021. Yeah, the pandemic ain't exactly helping my wallet, and they're just taking my money and giving me nothing. Real nice.

And don't even get me started on how sketchy their website is. They don't even let you leave reviews! If that ain't fishy, I don't know what is. So who knows if those glowing reviews are even real? But get this - I did a little digging, and it turns out Joyride used to be called Puglife. Welp, looks like Puglife had a whole lotta complaints about not delivering products, and it seems like they just changed their name to try and fool people. Ain't that just low. Like, why try and scam people now, when we're all struggling enough as it is?

Anyway, lesson learned. I found the same harness on Amazon for a cheaper price, so I'll be going there next time. Don't bother with Joyride Harness - they're just gonna give you a headache and leave you with an empty wallet.

Joyride Harness Disappointed with Joyride Harness Customer Service and Limited Return Options

So, I wanted to get my furry friend a new harness and leash from Joyride Harness (joyrideharness.com). I ordered a big, bold and beautiful Orange harness and leash, and of course, a poop bag holder, because let's face it, we all need one of those! My credit card was charged, and I got an email confirmation for my order, all was looking good.

Then the dreaded email came in, the one we all hate, the color was out of stock, what a bummer! But, I wasn't too fussed, things happen, and we went with Blue this time, which we had ordered before and it was great. The package arrived, but instead of the large leash I had ordered, I received a medium one, this was no good, my dog is a powerful pooch, and he needed a leash to match! Time for the return and exchange process.

I started the process online, but there were no options for a larger leash, so I sent a bunch of emails and even tried calling them. But they don't accept phone calls, what a pain! I sent an unhappy email and asked them to call me, but instead, I received a link to exchange. I attempted the process again, but my only option was a Joyride gift for the total amount; if I wanted money back, I would only get a fraction of what was charged to my credit card. Also, if I sent back the items, I would be responsible for some of the shipping costs. What a mess!

We've had several Joyride Harnesses for our pup over the last couple of years, and we've never had any issues like this before. I'm disappointed with their response, and they don't seem to care about our concerns or try to resolve the situation. From now on, I'm going to shop local and support my local pet stores; it's just a better experience all around.

To sum it up, Joyride Harness has left a foul taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a new harness or leash for their furry companion. Stay away from them unless you like dealing with unresponsive customer service, limited options for returns, and sub-par quality.

Joyride Harness Mixed Experience with Joyride Harness Sizing and Returns

So, I gotta tell you guys about my experience with Joyride Harness. I was super stoked to get my friend's dog a new harness, so I went online and checked out their website. They had a size chart, so I measured the pup and ordered what should have been the right size (size M). But when it arrived, it was freakin' huge! Like, I don't even know what kind of dog could wear that thing. So, I hit up Joyride with an email about exchanging it, and they were quick to send me a prepaid shipping label.

Well, my friends got their new harness after a few weeks of waiting, and this time it was way too small (size S). Like, they couldn't even get it over the dog's head. So, I reached out to Joyride again and asked for a refund, since the sizing just wasn't working out. But that's when they hit me with the hard truth - they wouldn't be able to send a prepaid shipping label this time around. And let me tell you, the dog's owners weren't too thrilled about having to pay out of pocket to return a gift.

I tried to plead with Joyride, asking them to at least consider a prepaid label that they could take out of my refund. You know, just to avoid any bad blood. But they said it wasn't allowed for second returns, which seemed kinda shady to me. I mean, how are you supposed to figure out if something works for you without trying it on?

Honestly, I think this all could have been avoided if their sizing was a little less wonky. It's one thing if an item just doesn't suit your fancy, but if you're constantly having to return stuff because it doesn't fit, there's a bigger issue at play. So, my advice to you guys is to really pay attention to their sizing chart and maybe even consider reaching out to customer support before making a purchase.

Joyride Harness Joyride Harness: A Disaster Waiting to Happen - A Review

So, I'm a dog mom and I've tried tons of different harnesses. Some of them were pretty good, some were meh, and some were just plain bad. But let me tell you, the Joyride Harness takes the prize for the absolute WORST harness I've ever seen. And what's even worse is that the company has the worst customer service, too.

First of all, they claim that you can put your pup in this harness in "2 seconds flat." Well, my dog managed to get out of it in LESS than one second. Yeah, you read that right. One. Second.

One night, my fur baby got all riled up about something and before I even knew what was happening, he was off and running. If it wasn't for a fence being between him and whatever had caught his attention, he would have been long gone. And let me tell you, it was absolutely TERRIFYING.

The craziest thing is that I was warned this kind of thing could happen. When I first ordered the harness, it took over a month to be delivered. I was getting all kinds of different excuses from Joyride about why it was taking so long, but when I finally got the tracking info, it was clear that it had just been sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

But here's the kicker - someone else who had bought the harness warned me that their dog had escaped from it easily. They said not to use it, but did I listen? Nope. Of course not. I figured I'd give it a try, but I'd just be extra careful about making sure the straps were super tight.

So that's exactly what I did. Every. Single. Time. I put my pup in that harness, I double-checked the straps and made sure everything was secure. But after only a month of using it, the straps would be ENTIRELY LOOSENED after just a five-minute walk! Like, what the heck?!

It turns out that the clasp and tightening rings are just too loose. Even a tiny bit of resistance can cause the straps to slip right through. And don't even get me started on the poor design of the front - there's nothing securing against the chest! I'm telling you, this harness is a disaster waiting to happen.

So, please. PLEASE. Do NOT buy a Joyride Harness. Trust me, no amount of diligence or carefulness will make up for its crappy design. Keep your pup safe and look for a better harness. It's worth the extra money, believe me.

Joyride Harness Disappointing experience with Joyride Harness: poor shipping and customer service, mediocre product

So, I gotta be real with y'all about Joyride Harness. I ordered one of their harnesses during Black Friday like a lot of folks did. Got an email mid-December letting me know that the shipping was gonna be delayed cuz of the pandemic. I mean, I get it, things are crazy right now. Wasn't too worried about it. But then I got two more of those same exact emails about a week apart each. And lemme tell ya, I was startin' to get a little annoyed. Didn't get any tracking numbers in those emails, either. Just a lot of blaming shipping and whatnot.

Finally, in early January, I decided to follow up with 'em since I still hadn't received my order. They gave me a tracking number and told me to let 'em know in 5 days if it hadn't arrived. (Side note, the item shipped AFTER they sent me those other emails blaming the pandemic and shipping delays. Made me wonder what the heck was goin' on.) 10 days later, I reached out again 'cause I still hadn't gotten my harness. And you know what they did? Sent me the exact same email with the tracking number and everything. I was like, "Uh, hello? I already did this. It's been 10 days." But they didn't seem too concerned.

Anyway, I never got any kind of real apology from 'em, no offer to reship or refund me just for the shipping. And the product itself? Well, it's just okay. The harness around the belly doesn't stay where you adjust it, so my dog can wiggle out of it pretty easily. She actually ran off during a hike 'cause of it! Lucky for me, she came back to me and didn't get lost or anything. But still, not a great feeling.

I know it's a small business and all, but come on. If you're gonna sell stuff online, you gotta be able to handle the shipping and customer service parts too. If they offered better customer service, I'd consider ordering from 'em again. But for now, I'm gonna look elsewhere for a harness that actually works.

Joyride Harness Not Recommended: Joyride Harness a Disappointment for Dogs of Varying Sizes

Listen, lemme just say... I got a Joyride Harness for my lil pup and I was super excited about it. But when I tried it on her, I realized that they didn't really take into consideration the size differences between dogs. Like, they use the same thick belly strap and buckle on their extra small harness as they do on the extra large one! What the heck?!

Anyway, it ended up digging into my dog's armpits and making it super uncomfortable for her to walk. She kept stopping and sitting down until I would adjust it, but then it would just creep up again. And to make matters worse, the strap kept getting loose, so I had to keep readjusting it throughout the walk. And lemme tell ya, it's pretty frustrating to have to constantly fiddle with a harness that's supposed to make things easier for both me and my pup.

So, I decided to return the harness to Joyride and get my money back. But get this... they charged me $7.95 for shipping and a restocking fee! Are you kidding me? I mean, it's not like I was returning it because I didn't like the color or something - it just didn't fit my dog properly! It's not fair to charge someone extra for something that's out of their control.

Anyway, I wouldn't recommend getting a Joyride Harness unless you have a dog that fits perfectly within their size measurements. Otherwise, you might end up like me - with an uncomfortable pup and some extra charges on your credit card bill.

My honest opinion about Joyride Harness is, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I really had high hopes for this company, I ordered a backseat cover and silicone dog bowls from them. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed in the service I received. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them regarding the status of my order and tracking information, I didn't get much help. Every time I reached out to them on chat, their response seemed to be the same - "we are escalating it and I will will hear from the next dept." I tried to be patient and understanding, but this happened more than three times over a long period of time.

I understand that sometimes packages can get lost or delayed, but what really frustrated me was the lack of communication from Joyride Harness. It's not like I was checking in every day or every hour. I think it's reasonable to expect that they should have at least given me an update on what's going on with my order. But instead, I kept getting the same automated message or the "we'll get back to you" line. It's really disappointing and frustrating.

I know some people might think that I'm overreacting or that this is just a minor inconvenience, but for me, it's more than that. Joyride Harness Joyride Harness Review: Great at First, But Terrible Customer Service and Quality Control

I wanted to take some time to share my experience with the Joyride Harness. I have a cute little lab mix who's about 45 pounds, and I've been using this harness on him for about three months now. It's really made walks a lot easier and more enjoyable for the both of us. But, unfortunately, the buckle broke the other day, and my dog could have easily slipped out of it! That's pretty scary stuff, y'all.

So, naturally, I tried to reach out to the company for help. I mean, their website literally says they offer a one-year warranty for any defects, right? But, the customer service representative who got back to me just said sorry and when they checked my case, they couldn't help me since I bought it on Amazon. And, of course, Amazon wasn't going to do anything since it was a week past the return window. Are you kidding me? That's some straight-up terrible customer service. Joyride says they stand behind their product, but I'm not feeling it right now.

Honestly, I'm just really disappointed. I really liked the harness, but now I feel like I wasted my money. I hope Joyride will reconsider their approach to customer service in the future. All I can say right now is y'all should just proceed with caution if you're thinking of buying a Joyride Harness for your pups.

Joyride Harness Review: Joyride Harness - Only for Slight Pullers on Small Dogs - Disappointing for Medium to Large Dogs

Hey guys, let me share my experience with the Joyride Harness from joyrideharness.com. So, I have a medium-sized dog who has always been a tough puller and my arms have paid the price for it. I was excited to try out this harness as they claimed it works for medium and large dogs. However, to be honest, it was a bit disappointing.

I mean, if your dog is a slight puller, then sure, this harness will probably work great for you. But if your dog is a strong puller like mine, then don't waste your money. It's just like any other regular harness out there.

I do have a friend with a small dog who slightly pulls and the Joyride Harness seems to work for her. So, maybe they should change their marketing to advertise it for dogs that pull a little rather than medium and large dogs. I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing I did by having high expectations and then feeling let down.

To add to that, the return policy is a bit of a hassle. You have to remove all the dog hair, keep the tags on, and even still there's a charge for returning it. I know dogs shed, but it's almost impossible to return a harness without any hair on it.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend the Joyride Harness for medium to large dogs that pull hard. But, if you have a small dog that pulls slightly, then it may work wonders for you. Just keep in mind the return policy and try not to get too excited before trying it out.

Woo! I really wish I woulda' done some research before taking the plunge and getting this Joyride Harness. Like, what's up with their videos? They look so legit but like, are they just messing with our emotions? I mean, sure, I've bought other harnesses before but like, this one isn't even any better than those. It's just another one to add to the collection, ya know?

If you do happen to take the plunge and get one of these bad boys, make sure you keep those tags on. Their return policy is a joke. Like, seriously, you can't even return it if you take the tags off, even if you're tryna' return it the very next day. And get this - they want you to return it without any dog hair whatsoever. Good luck with that one, amigo. Plus, you gotta pay for shipping it back, which is like $6.95. And depending on how "lightly used" they think it is, they might even hit you with a restocking fee.

Honestly, save your time and your dinero, because this harness just ain't worth it.

Joyride Harness Terrible Customer Service and False Claims - Joyride Harness Review

I gotta be real with y'all, I am so disappointed with Joyride Harness and their customer service is straight up garbage. Like, they don't answer their phone, their chat is as silent as a library, and their email responses are slower than a snail on vacation. And when they do respond, they are as helpful as a rock. Just no use, no help at all.

I'm not even kidding, they're so dishonest too. They claim on their website that they send a label for exchanges, but they haven't sent me one yet. It's been almost a frickin' month and they're just giving me the runaround. What is even going on over there? It's like they think it's fun to mess with customers or something.

Oh, and by the way, have you noticed that they don't let you leave a review on their website? I'm pretty sure they're scared that the truth will come out about how terrible their products and customer service actually are. Makes me think that all those so-called "good" reviews are just fake, made-up, and not genuine at all.

Honestly, I'm so done with them. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card because I just can't deal with their mess anymore. And I know y'all feel me. Stay away from Joyride Harness, it's a trap!

Joyride Harness Joyride Harness Review: Shady Company with Subpar Products and Unethical Practices

So, I gotta be real with y'all. I bought a harness from Joyride Harness after seeing all these damn good reviews on their website. I mean, they gotta be legit, right? Wrong. After using it for a few walks, I noticed that the chest strap was loosenin' up big time and my pooch was about to break free. That's a big no-no in my book. And don't even get me started on the fabric used for the belt - it's like it's made outta freakin' butter or somethin'. It just keeps slippin' right through the buckle, making the harness about as useful as a wet noodle.

So I did what anyone would do and hit up some review sites to see if anyone else was havin' these issues. Lo and behold, I found a bunch of people with the same dang problem. And guess what? The company was just dodgin' all their concerns like a pro. Not cool, man. I tried contactin' the company myself and eventually got a rep to offer me a refund. But that was two weeks ago and I'm still waitin' for my money. What the heck, Joyride Harness? This is some straight-up shady behavior.

All in all, I gotta say that this is a terrible company with some totally unethical practices goin' on. Don't waste your time or your money on their subpar harnesses. Find somethin' that's actually gonna keep your furry friend safe and secure.

Joyride Harness Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Joyride Harness

So I've been waiting for my Joyride Harness forever! Feels like I've been waiting for weeks. And when it finally got to me, I was disappointed to find out that the ID tag which was supposed to come with it was missing! Dang it!

I had to hit up Joyride customer service through email and it took 5 days for them to get back to me. Frustrating! And then they had the nerve to ask me to take a picture of everything I received to prove I didn't have the tag - like they think everybody's a liar trying to scam them out of free stuff! So annoying!

I used to love this product but now I'm a little hesitant to buy from them again. The company just doesn't seem to care much about customers, which is too bad since they make pretty good harnesses. Looks like it's time for me to start hunting for some alternative brands!

Hey there, so I had an experience with Joyride Harness and it wasn't so great. I ordered a harness for my furry friend, but unfortunately it didn't fit properly. No sweat, I thought, I'll just exchange it for another size. So I ordered a new one and got ready to send the original back. Except when I reached out to the company, they told me they couldn't accept the original harness because the tags weren't attached. I mean, I had the tags, they just weren't on the harness yet. Bummer.

Anyway, I reached out about cancelling the second order since I didn't want to deal with another potential fit issue, and the sales rep I spoke to (Claire T.) was basically useless. She said she couldn't cancel the order and I should wait for someone else to call me. Not exactly the customer service experience I was hoping for, ya know?

Now I'm stuck with two harnesses that don't fit my pup and they won't refund me either. They advertise a "100% No Risk Guarantee" and "Free Exchanges," but that's just not true. It's really frustrating and honestly makes me want to shop on Amazon instead. I was trying to support a small, independent business, but it looks like I'll have to take my business elsewhere from now on. So buyer beware!

Hey guys, I just wanted to give you all an update on my experience with the Joyride Harness from joyrideharness.com. I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I first came across their site. They had all these great designs and were always talking about how they're a family business and giving back to the community. But man, was I in for a surprise.

So, turns out that their "shipping partner" is this Chinese forwarding company called JET E-COMMERCE LOGISTIC INC. And let me tell you, this company is the real deal. They work directly with the post office to deliver international packages from China to the USA. So, when Joyride says they're based in California, it's really just a front. Your harness is actually coming from China, which is why it takes forever to get to you and you get the run around when you try to ask where your package is.

Now, I don't wanna be all negative here. I mean, the Joyride Harness is still a great product. But I think it's important that we all know what we're really dealing with here. This isn't some small family business operating out of California. It's a Chinese company using a fake USA address to make themselves look good. It's kinda shady if you think about it.
