I put in my request for medication paid up front they took the money from my account six days later not a word hadn't heard from them no medication no refund I contacted customer service they were not helpful at all told me to wait that was not what was advertised on their site for a four-day turnaround still sat here nothing's arrived would never use again

I purchased the collar in February 2023 and put it in my dog in the April of 2023. I followed all the instructions and it did not deliver satisfactory results as promised. Up to eight months protection it stated. Within six weeks of use my dog had live ticks. Engorged with blood and dropping off onto my floor still very much alive. Pet Drugs online refuse to take the item back or resolve this problem as I no longer have the outer packaging.

Avoid this company. I bought medicine for my dog from them. Supposedly, the courier left the parcel unattended outside the building but I never receive it. When I contacted Pet Drugs Online, they were less than helpful. Refused to take any accountability. In their minds, outside a building, exposure to the elements, animals or even people is a delivery. Anyone, with less than half a brain would understand that it is not a delivery if it's not delivered, not pet drugs online, though.

After a week of back-and-forth emails, I escalated my claim to PayPal. Hopefully, the associates at PayPal understand the consumer's rights and will refund me. At this point it's not about the money anymore, it's about the principle and the lack of accountability from Pets Drugs Online. Don't expect decent customer service from this company if you buy from them.
