PetFlow I've had 3 experiences with Petflow, two of them flawless

I've had 3 experiences with Petflow, two of them flawless. The third one involved the wrong product being shipped and received on a Saturday. I received a prompt email indicating someone would follow with me soon. When I had not received a response back by Monday afternoon, I followed again. This time I received a prompt response with the info that the correct product was being shipped asap and provided instructions for repackaging the wrong product for *** pick up the next day. Mistakes happen, but I can't give them 5 stars with a 33% failure rate, and slow response time to correct. I will continue to buy from them though and hope this service miscue was an anomaly.

Wow!If I could give 6 stars, I would.As a small business owner, I could only hope that my associates looked out for our customers and our business as much (and as well) as those associated with Pet Flow. Besides the great prices, terrific service, there is a touch of "human". I had canceled my Auto Ship because we had too much and I couldn't extend more than 16 weeks for the next shipment. I received a quick response, with a solution that works. Kudos to Pet Flow !

Consistently excellent customer service, rapid response to issues, considerate and helpful staff. When our 13 y.o. Husky mix Luna died in 2014, I had just ordered a new bag of food from PetFlow. I requested to return it, but they accept no dog food returns, understandably. I told them I was giving the remainder of the last bag to a local shelter, and they said I could give the new bag to them also, and they'd refund my money for it. They did just that, and I felt sad, but good, that together PetFlow and I donated that dog food to the shelter. I appreciate the autoship service I've been using for years, and I easily change the food with each order. Thank you for your service.

I love Petflow. They have the best quality products for my dogs, hands down! Things I have never seen anywhere else. Their customer service is the best anywhere as well. If I have ANY problem with an order, the fix it! And they are incredible responsive! So hard to find companies like Petflow these days

Petflow has a good selection of dry and canned cat food. Their prices are competitive, but their service is outstanding. I had a problem with my Autoship and their customer support resolved the issue very quickly. As we were ending our chat session, the representative inquired if there was anything more they could assist with, and I mentioned a shipment I thought I had cancelled. The representative promptly offered a solution for this issue as well.

Petflow donates pet food to animals in need, making them not only a great company to purchase from but also one with a compassionate mission. Their staff are commendable for their dedication and helpfulness.

I have ordered from Petflow many times. Occasionally, there have been issues with my orders, such as damaged or missing items. Contacting customer service has always been super easy and the representatives, including ***, are always extremely pleasant and helpful. The issues are corrected immediately with no hassles. I just wish the warehouse workers were more attentive.

Our cats are on a Royal Canin special Rx diet, and the food is expensive. A couple of months ago I shopped around online to try and find the best price. I used PetFlow and was very pleased. The bag of food is large, and we don't need any at the moment, but I received an email today from PetFlow to Come *** 30%. I entered the promo code when I checked out but received the message the code did not exist. I chatted with *** and asked if the promo code would apply. She checked my account then said she would apply the code after I checked out and before I was billed. I was very thankful for her assistance. I am pleased with this company and will definitely use them again.

I have been a customer for a long time and have never had any issues. Yesterday I had my 1st issue, and PetFlow fixed it in less than 12 hrs! Amazing customer *** GSD Ola look forward to next month's delivery. ?

The best customer service in the game!I contacted Petflow because of an issue with an order (yea, I was ultimately the cause of the issue) and Kyrstie took care of my problem promptly and without any hassle. Shes the best and PetFlow is lucky to have her on the team.

PetFlow A Horrible Company to do business with and BAD business practices

A Horrible Company to do business with and BAD business practices. I made a purchase using a coupon posted on their website that says NOTHING about a limited discount - it shows 30% off. No, see terms/conditions or restrictions apply. I use the coupon and didn't notice until after the order was placed the full 30% discount wasn't applied. I contact customer service the next day and they refuse to honor the advertised coupon and cancel my entire order saying only a certain amount can be used. I had asked in writing for only a portion of the order be removed. Be Wary of their improper and sketchy business practices. I have photos of the Coupons but are not able to upload them here.

I recently received 2 bags of dog food. One bag was damaged upon arrival. I sent an email to customer service and the next business day they replied and already set up another bag to be shipped out to me. Very helpful and responsive! Thank you!

We were able to purchase a prescription dog food that is sold out everywhere. I also texted the company with a question and Kyrstie was very helpful. I appreciate that she replied so quickly and I like the fact that they have a text option. I will definitely order from PetFlow again.

PetFlow The service is excellent!

The service is excellent! I had ordered an item which I thought was no longer available anywhere else and received a different item instead. I can use the item received anyway, so I wrote PetFlow asking them to please change the description of this item online to avoid this mistake affecting any future customer. I received a prompt response from the customer service representative, who not only promised to request this item description be changed from their marketing team, he also gave me a credit on my account as a sign of good will! Mistakes happen to all of us, but it's how we respond to mistakes that marks us, so I'm giving PetFlow an excellent rating due to their excellent response to my concern! Thank you to the representative and PetFlow! -

PetFlow So impressed with their service quality and product

So impressed with their service quality and product. They were quick to address my questions, kept me informed with shipping information, and provided the best customer service I've received in a long time. Good service can make or break a business. I won't do business with any company that doesn't prioritize customer care or shows a poor attitude. This company is the epitome of excellent service. I hadn't used them before, but they were the only ones with the food my picky cat eats. I took a chance on this new company and I'm glad I did. I plan to make them my go-to for online food orders. Great products, great prices, prompt shipping, and stellar service.

PetFlow I have a recurring order with this dog food company

I have a recurring order with this dog food company. My dog was getting sick of the prescription stew, so I went to order to order the regular chicken instead. But, it wasn't on their website anymore. So, I called. The woman told me there was a shortage and that she could switch out the order for me to get the regular since I was an existing customer. Plus, I'd save $15. I anxiously waited for the package to arrive. Not only were the items damaged and I was charged the higher rate, she didn't switch my order to the regular version. I'm stuck with 4 cases of dog food my dog doesn't like and I'm out nearly $160. I will never use them again. I called to complain to see what happened and they had no explanation for why she lied to me. Unbelievable. They could just see I talked to her last month. Despicable. They aren't doing anything for me either.

PetFlow Ive been using Petflow since 2018 and I cant say enough good things about this company

Ive been using Petflow since 2018 and I cant say enough good things about this company. The customer service they provide is top notch. There was one time when a bag of dog food had come damaged most likely due to our *** delivery person but they didnt hesitate to make it right and send a new bag immediately. Recently, I cancelled an autoship and created a new one with different items. Someone from the company reached out to me to make sure everything was okay and if there was anything they could help with after seeing me cancel it. I had been purchasing that specific product on autoship for at least a year. I really appreciated the fact that they took the time to reach out to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Overall a great company with excellent costumer service and a big bonus because they are one of only 2 online distributors for ***. Thank you Petflow!

I used to order from Petflow because they had the best price on the dry dog food I used and for some reason I switched to another online competitor. I don't why but when the price of the food I'd been buying I checked out Petflow again. I ordered a brand I'd never used before. I was nervous because my dog doesn't do well with many foods. 3 days on a very small amount of the new food mixed into her old food and I knew it wasn't going to work for us. Her gut was rumbling and she had terrible gas. I called customer service to find out what could be done for us because this was not cheap food. *** helped me and I am quite a satisfied customer. Not only did he credit the entire cost of the troublesome food but found us an additional coupon for the autoship program and the BEST PART... I can go back to the food that works for my girl because it's cheaper here at Petflow! YAY!

PetFlow By far the worst petfood company Ive dealt with

By far the worst petfood company Ive dealt with. Ive been rescuing cats and dogs for over 12 years. Ordered food from companies such as *** and *** for years. They happened to be out of a prescription dogfood , so I ordered through PetFlow. It took them days to obtain approval from my vet while they were on the lookout to send approval. I placed the order on august 8th. Its August 24 and I dont have the food yet. I called. Spoke to an agent named *** who was very short with me while I was asking about the order. She said part of the order was shipped and is on the way (after 16 days!) and other part is out of stock ! Of course that upset me as there was ZERO communication about the back order. She offers me refund. Good thing I called! I asked her to send me an email confirming refund for the back order. She responds: check your *** account for refund! Wow! Amazing customer service too! Lets hope she forwards my contact info to management who was not available at that time! I expect a call back.

PetFlow Hi, this review is for a pet food delivery service

Hi, this review is for a pet food delivery service. For the last couple of months, we have been having to go out and buy dog food from the pet store due to our order being late or not at all. I logged online and called the customer service phone number and waited. The representative logged into Chat and asked to help. Within just a few minutes, I let the representative know all my issues and asked if they could help straighten me out. The representative let me know we had two order lines going out for the same order, one every 4 weeks and one every 3 weeks. They cleared the orders and got us on just one order every three weeks. I let them know on the last order we did not receive the two bags of adult large breed dog food. They credited our account and pushed out our next order to ship today. I hope it gets here soon, because my 3 Great Danes are down to their last bag of dog food and my new Great Dane puppy will arrive on Saturday and she will need the adult large breed food by then or I am back to the pet store for dog food. Thanks to the customer service team for all your help from me and my dogs...and soon the new puppy.

PetFlow I highly rate Pet Flow's service and reliability

I highly rate Pet Flow's service and reliability. I have had to change my order my auto ship order a number of times over the last few years because of the aging and death of our pets and then the acquiring of new pets and Petflow customer service has accommodated my requests willingly and always with accurate results. I have had very good results with the product quality also which I did not have with *** (unfortunately the product quality of the dog food from *** almost always included burned or expired dog food) neither of which has come from Petflow. At the present the dog food I want for my dogs is out of stock from PetFlow -- I then went to the website of the producer of the dogwood and learned that they are transitioning to from the grain-free version of this dog food to a grain inclusive version of this dog food. My guess is that Pet Flow's status of out-of-stock has something to do with this and that they will soon have the new grain inclusive version. Pet FLow's customer service rep put me on an email alert to notify me when/if they start carrying the new recipe and cancelled the alternative dog food I decided I did not want in the meantime. They have sent me a return mail label to cover the return of a bag of the dog food that is not suitable to my dogs.

PetFlow Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They hang up on you when you are trying to get a problem solved. They don't seem to care. I did not receive a valid receipt after I purchased an order from them October 11th. They placed a "***" in my account on-line. They have refused to make a valid receipt showing that I paid my *** in full and the method of payment; that being a *** card. They just don't seem to care about service to their customers. They were very short with me and extremely rude. I asked someone named Brea for the Manager at *** and she would only tell me their names were *** and Hammer. She refused to give me their last names. She refused to allow me to contact a superior above them. I then called twice on 10/18 to ask for the contact information for their corporate HQ. They would not give me that information. I asked for the email and voicemail of their CEOs, Alex *** and ***. They hung up on me. This is the poorest *** I have dealt with in some time. I believe I have a right to a valid receipt showing that I paid my *** and the method of payment should be shown on the receipt. I wish there was a way to contact their corporate with a complaint, but the phone service at their toll free number refuse to allow me that. Very bad company to deal with.

PetFlow Thank you Ashley!

Thank you Ashley! My 15 yr old kitty was diagnosed with kidney disease and vet wants him to go on canned K/D Hills to help slow the progression of his kidney failure . I have been ordering Petguard canned which is a great food without byproducts but was told K/D best kidney diet. I called Petflow to get pricing info and was fortunate enough to talk with Ashley who helped me get my order started for autoship from the old food to the prescription diet that requires veterinarian authorization. Ashley listened patiently and took time to answer questions I had about switching to a different food and K/D. I had several concerns about starting him on a new food and also continuing auto-ship. She quelled my concerns! I also talked with her about the process and time it would take to get the prescription diet after my vet approved. I was very worried when products started disappearing off our grocery shelves about food for my 2 kitties so I started ordering Petguard in advance. ***, *** were inundated and even *** deliveries were backed up! Since Covid has changed everything I have changed my auto-ship dates so I never have less than 3 wk supply! Have to do that with other stuff too! I have already recommended PetFlow to my friends who are pet parents. These are difficult times for all of us and I for one am grateful that I am able to still order my kitty cats food instead of buying at the vet office at a higher price! Also, I like the email confirmation so I can see/track the progress of my order!

PetFlow Poor Customer Service and Miscommunication with PetFlow

So, I got this email from PetFlow this morning saying they didn't get the prescription approval from my vet. I needed some new food for my kitty who's been feeling sickly and is a picky eater, so I went straight to the vet to get it. But, guess what? The vet never heard from PetFlow to ask for the prescription. So, I called PetFlow less than 2 hours later to cancel my order since I already got the food from the vet. But, they wouldn't cancel it! They said it was too late and that they already got the vet approval, even though they just emailed me earlier in the day to say they didn't have it. Plus, my vet never heard from them. The representative kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me speak. I have 4 cats and I spend a lot of money on their food. I'm never going to order from PetFlow again after this first and last experience. Chewy is still the best option out there. They were out of stock, so I had to look somewhere else. I won't make that mistake again!

PetFlow PetFlow Review: Disappointing Experience, Charged for Unordered Items

I gotta say, I've tried out PetFlow twice now and I was hoping it would be a real money saver since their prices are a bit lower than Chewy's. But let me tell ya, I ain't seeing any savings right now. They went ahead and sent me stuff I didn't even order and charged me for it! I had to go and put a stop on my credit card just to stop the payment. And get this, they promised me a call back from a manager but I never got one. I called back again and they told me the same thing, that someone would call me back, but who knows when that'll happen.

I talked to another person who used PetFlow and they had the exact same thing happen to them. It seems like if you don't do Auto Ship, there's always some kind of issue with your order. They say they have to handle it personally but then they can't do it until later when the system is fixed. And get this, it happened BOTH TIMES I ordered! So now they have my credit card details and it seems like they just add extra stuff to my order without my permission. And then there's no way to fix it because they never call me back.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with PetFlow. I was hoping for a better experience but it seems like they're just trying to take advantage of me and my wallet. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless you're okay with getting charged for stuff you didn't even order.

PetFlow Disappointing Customer Service Experience with PetFlow's Auto Ship Program

I recently had an experience with PetFlow and their auto ship program that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had signed up for the auto ship program, but later decided that I no longer wanted to participate. When I tried to cancel the program online, I found that it was not possible to do so on my own. Instead, I had to call or use the online chat feature to speak with a customer service representative.

Unfortunately, the customer service representative I spoke with was not very helpful. In fact, she was downright rude. When I asked why I had to give a reason for canceling the auto ship program, she talked over me and refused to listen to my concerns. I felt like my rights as a customer were being infringed upon, and I didn't appreciate her dismissive attitude.

Despite my frustration, I remained calm and tried to explain my position. However, the representative continued to be rude and unhelpful. When I finally told her that I would be contacting the corporate center to complain about her behavior, she hung up on me. To make matters worse, she did not cancel my auto ship order as I had requested.

After this unpleasant experience, I went online to try to cancel the auto ship program again. This time, I was successful. However, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth about PetFlow's customer service. I believe that customers should be able to cancel auto ship programs without having to explain themselves, and I was disappointed that the representative I spoke with did not share this belief.

Overall, I would caution anyone considering using PetFlow's auto ship program to be aware of the potential difficulties in canceling. While I appreciate the convenience of having pet food delivered automatically, I don't think it's worth the hassle of dealing with unhelpful customer service representatives.

PetFlow Disappointing Delivery Delay and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with [Company Name]

I put in my order on the 17th, and they said they'd send it out on the 18th. But it's already the 22nd, and my order still hasn't been sent to FedEx. The website said there might be a delay of 1-2 days before they send out orders. But they didn't say it would take more than 4 days. There are only a few places where I can get my dog food online, and I was really hesitant to order from this company because of all the bad reviews. But because of the health problems in my family, we can't take the risk of going out to look for dog food during this pandemic.

Now my dogs are out of food, and I don't know when the delivery will come. I talked to customer service and told them my situation. They said they'd check on my order tomorrow, but they didn't offer any other help. I'm never going to order from this company again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even if they're in a really tough spot.

PetFlow Poor Customer Service and Stock Management at PetFlow.com

I recently made a purchase on PetFlow.com for my furry friend who has a lot of allergies. I ordered the Royal Canin Ultamino Dog food, which was listed as in stock on the website. However, after waiting for a week and a half, I decided to call and check on the status of my order. To my surprise, I was told that it would ship by the end of the week, which was two days away.

After waiting for another few days, I called again to check on the status of my order. This time, I was informed that the product was not in stock. I was very disappointed and asked to cancel my order. However, I was told that they could not cancel my order and that I would have to wait another week before they could cancel it. I was very frustrated and confused as to how it was legal to not ship what I had ordered and not offer me a refund right away.

I had to look elsewhere for the product, and I had to hope that they never shipped it so I wouldn't end up buying it twice. I asked to speak to a manager, but I was told that they couldn't do that either. I was very disappointed with their customer service. It was a new low, and I have AT&T, so that's saying something.

Overall, I would not recommend PetFlow.com to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers. I hope they improve their service in the future, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

PetFlow PetFlow Review: Terrible Customer Service and False Promises

I gotta say, PetFlow (petflow.com) is just plain awful. I mean, I don't know how they stay in business with the kind of reputation they have online. They promise you a ship date when you place your order, but it's all just a bunch of hogwash. They just keep pushing it back and back and back. And don't even get me started on their supposed discounts. They make it seem like you're getting a great deal, but in the end, it's all a bunch of baloney.

And let me tell you, "unfortunately" is their favorite word. Unfortunately, you can't talk to a supervisor. Unfortunately, we can't send you a confirmation of your cancellation. Unfortunately, we can't give you a confirmation number. It's like they don't want to help you at all.

I made the mistake of doing business with them once, and it was a nightmare. I had to spend a ton of money on human food for my three dogs because I couldn't trust PetFlow to provide them with safe and healthy food. And to top it all off, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, Audra hung up on me multiple times. How rude is that?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend PetFlow to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and find a different pet food supplier. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

PetFlow Disappointing Experience with PetFlow: Prescription Food Order Frustration

I recently had an experience with PetFlow that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered prescription food for my beloved feline friend a week ago, and the vet sent the prescription via email. The next day, I called PetFlow to check whether they had received it, but they said no. The vet sent it again, and I called to confirm. That's when I was told that they don't accept emails, only faxes. I asked for the fax number and called the vet, who promptly faxed the prescription.

I called PetFlow again today to see whether they had received the prescription, but I was told that they couldn't check it and that it had to be confirmed by the pharmacy. I asked for the pharmacy number and called them, but I had to wait on hold for 10 minutes before speaking to a very rude person who told me they couldn't help because I had ordered with PetFlow. Feeling frustrated, I called PetFlow again, but the person who answered was apathetic and unhelpful. They told me that there was nothing they could do and that they would have to wait for the pharmacy to tell them whether they had received the prescription.

Meanwhile, my poor cat is barely eating because he only likes this particular food. It's heartbreaking to see him so thin and unhappy. I decided to cancel the order and try another place. I wouldn't recommend PetFlow to anyone. The whole experience was a complete waste of time and energy. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient pet food delivery service, look elsewhere.

PetFlow Disappointing Experience with PetFlow: Order Not Processed, Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta tell you about my experience with PetFlow (petflow.com). I called them up on April 6th to order some dog food for my furry friend. The representative on the phone took my order and told me it would be shipped out the next day. Now, I've ordered from PetFlow before, and I know it can take a little while to get my order delivered, usually about a week or so. But, it's now April 15th, and I still haven't received my order!

I called them up to find out what was going on, and it turns out that the representative I spoke to didn't even bother to put my order in the system! Can you believe that? They found my information from when I called, but the rep just ignored it! I only have one can of food left for my dog, and my local stores don't even sell this brand. My dog has a very sensitive stomach, and she can only handle this specific brand of food. It's looking like it's going to take another week before I can get the food I need.

I asked to speak to the manager to try and speed up the shipment, but they told me that the manager wasn't available. What kind of company doesn't have a manager available? This isn't the first time I've had issues with PetFlow, but it's definitely going to be the last. I'm switching over to Chewy. I still don't know what I'm going to feed my dog for the next seven days. It took us so long to improve her digestion, and now it's going to be screwed up again!

PetFlow PetFlow's Accusations of Fraud: A Nightmare for Loyal Customer of 5 Years

PetFlow, let me tell you, I'm not happy with your service. I've been a loyal customer for almost 5 years now, but you've lost me. I recently decided to order all my pet food for the month in one large order, and what do I get? Accused of being a fraud! Can you believe it? I've been dealing with this for the past two months, and it's been a nightmare. I've been calling PetFlow every day for the past 8 days, trying to get my family's food, but all I get is the same response - "fraudulent".

I even spoke with two supervisors, and they told me to wait 24 hours here or 24 hours there, but nothing has changed. I don't understand why ordering a large quantity of food once a month makes me a fraud. I used to order small quantities every 5-6 days, but I wanted to make my life easier. And what do I get? Insulted and accused of being a fraud.

I even called my bank to see if there were any issues with my credit card, but they said no charges had come through to be declined. So, what's the problem, PetFlow? Why are you treating a loyal customer of 5 years like this? I'm done with your service. I'll take my money elsewhere, where I'm treated with respect and my life is made simpler.

PetFlow Disappointing Experience with PetFlow: Prescription Mix-Up and Frustration

I've been on the hunt for some prescription dog food for my furry friend and boy, was it a struggle! But then I stumbled upon PetFlow and they had exactly what I needed. I was so excited to try out a new supplier, so I decided to order some food and treats for my cat as well. I mean, why not, right?

Since my dog's food required a prescription, PetFlow kindly sent a request to our vet. However, there seemed to be a bit of a mix-up. The clinic denied the order because they thought the food was for my cat, not my dog. I was so confused and frustrated, but I decided to give PetFlow a call to sort things out.

After explaining the situation and verifying my dog's name, breed, age, and all that jazz, PetFlow resent a request to validate her prescription. But guess what? It was denied again! The clinic called to say that they wouldn't approve a special diet dog food for our cat. I mean, come on, guys! Can't you figure out that dog food is for a dog, not a cat?

I was so disappointed with the whole ordeal and honestly, I don't think I'll be giving PetFlow another chance. I'd much rather wait for a quality pet company to restock their supply than make a third attempt to order from PetFlow. It's a shame, really. I had high hopes for this company, but it just wasn't meant to be.
