This people are not real or legit I paid 179 for paperwork for my son to have a service dog and this people are a big scam that taken money from people. I also got charged a extra *** dollars for a service I didn't get any help I would like my money back also I found out you are not supposed to pay for a emotional support dog you go to the doctor and get a letter for free these people these people a r e taking people it needs to get in trouble for it they shouldn't even be b b b

I spent 204$ for a consultation for my *** letter for housing, and I believe the registration, no one gave me another option for just the letter consultation. After I received my letter and my association denied the letter, because it is not valid, I asked for supoort they said that they would call me,of course the only time they called my phone never rang, no voicemail like the other calls. When I called back they said I would be put back on the waiting list. No calls or support has been received.

Staff is super customer friendly and provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER ***. I love how they stayed in touch with the customers(me), and sent out a reminder when its time for my renewal. They responded quickly to all the questions I had along with the physician who contacted me immediately. Overall this is a great business that values customers and our fur babies ? This is a legit business and nothing fake about them. If someone says different about them, then its something going on with that individual.

US Service Animals provides an exceptional service allowing me and my companion dog to live a *** and more satisfying life. They are thorough in the support and evaluation of process, attending to each necessary aspect of evaluation and document provision. My boy, ***, is essential to my wellbeing and health and abilities to function in public and at home, and the abilities of US Service Animals recognizes the importance of all of this to my quality of life. I've participated in the program for four years, and I would not consider another.

Everything is great, my only downside is that I wish there were more therapists available in my area. I was connected via teletherapy through this company as well and it has been lackluster to say the least. They only speak to me to renew my papers. Sometimes it takes them a while to get the renewal done, but I also tried to schedule additional appointments and yet never heard from them when it came time for the appointment. The website and services provided are great, but the whole world is in need of more therapists and there is definitely a shortage in my state.

The customer service was great in the beginning. I was promised an evaluation by a licensed health professional. Someone called me, they did not introduce themselves and spoke to me for about 40 seconds before they ended the call. They asked me two questions and it was very ***. Instead of feeling like I got what I had paid for I was left very confused. I hardly feel like the amount of money I paid was worth what I got, I really thought that I will get a full evaluation. I wanted to speak to someone afterwards but I got 0 follow up; no calls or emails. Buyers beware

The first rep I had was extremely sales driven. She kept adding things to my package and it was an overwhelming and anxiety ridden experience. She asked why I thought I needed an *** I explained my doctor recommended it and she wanted to then charge me and have me get a consult from their service for an already recommended thing by my doctor? I'm a student (broke) and just needed the bare minimum to be able to live with my ESAs. I finally hung up and called a few days later. The second rep helped me out and got me everything I needed and I couldn't be happier. The second rep even recommended what to get from my doctor so I did not have to pay extra. 1/5 for *** for the second.

US Service Animals has been so helpful and easy! They call you after you fill out your certificate and set up a tele therapy appointment for you as well! You get a call from the therapist within 24 hours of your initial phone call and they make it pretty quick and painless! You then get all legal therapy approval letters by email within 2 hours after that. You don't have to call or email, they do everything for you and truly just make it a simple, smooth, and painless process. Everyone was so sweet and helpful and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a service animal or ESA, best customer service from any company I've dealt with EVER. As well as being extremely efficient and fast.

Went to checkout my cart and totaled to 192.17. I put my phone down to move the dishes from my dishwasher into the cabinets and within that time frame (I hadn't completely checked out yet) I received a phone call asking if I needed assistance completing my order. Ok.. fishy already.. I chose to ignore it and continued checking out. I got a phone call about an hour later from a "mental health professional" that lasted about 2 MINUTES AND I WAS CHARGED $100 FOR IT. long story short, they take advantage of people and I ended up paying AROUND $250 and when I brought it up the best they could do was refund me $124.96. we are in the middle of a pandemic and they're taking advantage of people who don't know any better! I wish I would have done my research before being pressured into this stuff! FRAUDULENT COMPANY DON'T DO IT

Excellent service- real people called me to help before I spoke with the licensed therapist. I needed documentation to protect my dog- we bought a condo in a building who doesn't allow pets. The therapist, ***, was wonderful and she called me within 2 days of requesting the letter process. I got called after as well to make sure I had everything I needed and was satisfied. The literature you get after ordering is great too if you need help with going about telling whomever is concerned about your emotional support animal. I gave my letter to our HOA and have gotten zero push back since. My only complaint is that I wish it was cheaper and that it lasted for more than 1 year- I don't think I'd pay $170 again in a year unless my building was adamant that I get my letter renewed- it'd be great if they had a promo that made it more affordable for repeat customers to come back and renew their letter.

After looking up my registry number and showing my ID to my employer, I find out that my ID I received and certificate is not legit. I was shown the statute because I work with deputies and attorneys so that was a quick response for my co-workers to let me know I got scammed and ask for a refund if able to ask. I called told them what I found out and was told that it was past their 30 day policy. Uh? So please beware of this scam. Wish I had a brain and looked them up and did more research before losing $152.96. They really need to refund. I think I might just *** to misrepresentation of what their products can actually do for people when they cant do anything it is in statute! I now am the proud owner of $152.96 ID and certificate because vest was never received. Although a vest was offered when called I have one already that my dog likes. O just cant believe how gullible I was. I would really like for them to resolve this appropriately.

I when to US Service Animals because my doctor recommended me to a therapist that did not take my insurance and by the time I found all that out I was pressed for time. When I spoked to a representative, they said that a mental health professional should be giving me a call in 24 hours from my call, but no one every did. When 23 hours had gone by without a phone call, I called customer service to make sure there wasn't anything I did wrong on my end and they told me to call them back once 24 hours had gone by. I gave it a little more time than 24 hours, and I still never received a call. When I called back, they told me they will send a note to the doctor so she knows to call me back the next day. By noon I still had received a call and spoke with my doctor again and had to get it from her just to get it on time. You are not guaranteed a call back in 24 hours, so if you're crunched for time, I WOULD NOT recommend. It was a waste of money because I never ended up getting my letter from them. Although they might be legit, they do not live up to their promises.

I called his company looking to get assistance with registrating my dog as a service animal. The representatives are usually very nice. But when I spoke to the therapist, she was rude and was cutting me off pretty much every chance she got. She just didnt want to hear it. So she denied me and my refund for speaking with her was given back. The representative I spoke to first strongly believed that I would be able to get approved so we ended up ordering my service animal equipment which was around $250. Being that I wasnt approved, I asked for a refund. They said that the items have been sent, and once I send the equipment back, my refund will be processed. I printed the refund slip and the form they wanted me to fill out so I can have everything ready. Its April 26th. Looking at the tracking label, the package arrived on April 23rd. In my apartment, theres no direct access to my door. You have to have a key to open the main entrance to get in. But the label says it was delivered to my mailbox. My mailbox isnt even big enough to hold a package, so all of the delivery people usually send the packages to the office. I checked with the office and they said I did not receive a package, and my mailbox was also empty. I called this morning to let them know that I never received the package and I dont have $250 to waste, so I need my refund for item that Ive never received. She told me shell call me back when she gets to the shipping department to see what the next steps are. When she called me back, she simply said they denied me for my refund. I am very upset with this business, as I see all the good reviews. And it *** that I had to have a bad experience and report to the Complaintsboard.com, which Ive never done. But no one has $250 laying around to just give out. I could spend that to see an actual therapist. This shipping error is not on my end, so my refund should have been processed. I ended up filing a claim with my bank. I hope no one else has this experience.

They advertise that once you get medically screened and register your dog for their fee that everything is taken care of. However, when my landlord asked for a verification form to be signed, they claim it costs an extra 70$ for the signature. This is very misleading and I am unhappy with the service. It is taking advantage of people who don't know any better.

I called the register my sons dog to be a service animal and I over the paperwork was not real I presented the paperwork it was False however this business is taking money from people because you dont need over $200 to register dogs be a service animal you can go to your regular doctor and get this I would like my money back as the paperwork is not real because I gave it to several people that did not analogy

On June 18, I had a consultation for an ESA letter. They claim that they don't bill you unless you get approved and we were billed that day for the full $179 even though we had a 15% off code they said they would use. We still have not gotten the letter they promised to email me and we need to get that letter to our landlord for our ESA. This is a time sensitive issue and US Service Animals knows that but is not doing anything about it.

I was sold a ESA letter valid for 1-year of flight travel on 12/15. On 12/2 the ATA/government agency rule change means airlines are no longer required to honor the ESA letter I purchased on 12/15. US Service Animals should have known this and stopped selling these letters/certification. I was charged $179.99 for the generic letter on 12/15, then $29.99 for Airline Specific form on 12/20. American Airlines did not approve my pet travel request.

On April 23rd 2022, I registered my pet using their website. I thought that everything was legit and that I was speaking to a legit doctor that was going to give a legit letter. Unfortunately, my property management told me that the letter was fake and I was also told you should never have to pay for registration of an animal. I spent $262 with them. I would like a full refund immediately! I am upset, and I need help getting this refund. I am a college student and I cannot afford this scam!

I paid them 349 dollars and never received the service! I waited a month and still no email! I called in June multiple times where I was told i would be getting a refund to either my card or by check. It is now August. The only call they have logged is the one from Last week. I called once again to be told the check hasnt even been signed or looked over! This is ridiculous! I want my money back and some! I want something done about this! They have no legal right to keep my money for a service they did not supply!

On 12/9 I had purchased an ESA registration kit along with 2 digital products for $103.95. Today on 1/25/2022 I had called for a return/refund & was told it was impossible due to their 45 day policy (I did not know if & or when that started since I did not recieve the actual registration until 12/13.) Unfortunately their services do not help in the case of an ownership of a pet which I had thought that it would have. Their product(s) are not useful to me & I just really would like to return the registration & recieve a refund.

I decided to go to this website cause I was looking to get an *** certification. It asked for all my info *** my phone number. I had every intention of buying one but I found out I needed to add some money to my debit card so while doing that the phone calls and texts and emails started. They called me over and over and over til I answered. I asked them to stop calling and texting and I would call them when I was ready. They didn't stop. It went on for days til I finally blocked the number. I thought there was a law against for a company to continue to harass someone even after they asked you to stop calling them!?

In reference to the other complaint filed to this company, the same thing happened to me. I was approved for both my animals to be emotional support animals and paid the $179 for this service. I received my forms for approval and was told if i had any issues with my new apartment to reach out to them directly and they would resolve them. When moving into my new apartment the leasing office needed to verify that i had been approved and needed an additional verification form signed. The leasing office reached out US Service Animals in order to get the signature and they never responded. 2 months later and they still haven't heard anything. I had to call US Service animals myself and when calling them they informed me it would be an additional $69 to get the signature, which was never mentioned before when getting approved before. This to me seems like a scam and a very unprofessional business practice.

So I contacted US Service Animals to assist me with getting my dog certified as a emotional support animal, they charged me 179 US dollars for this service. They had a Mental Health professional contact so she could see if I could be approved, she determined that my dog was for emotional support and provided me with a letter stating such. US Service Animals and the licensed therapist both said that if there are any issues I could have the apartment complex contact the health provider. At no point did anyone mention this would be for an additional fee of 69 US dollars. The new apartment complex reached out asking that the mental health professional complete a reasonable accommodations form, however this was not done and when I called the US Service Animals that is when they informed me that another 69 US dollars would be required. At no point was this mentioned originally by US Service Animals or the *** mental health professional. To me this is fraud and unacceptable business practice.

I have a tenant who is explicitly forbidden from having more than 2 animals in the home she rents from me. She has far exceeded that number and was caught and confronted. She was told she had 24 hours to remove the non approved animals or 30 days to remove herself or be faced with an eviction. This took place on 10/02. She refused to remove the animals or herself, so I proceeded with filing an eviction. She apparently reached out to your company for certification of a non approved, unlicensed, nonfixed, nonvaccinated (including rabies) 60lb pit bull. Your "therapist" *** - Transitions 4 Life out of the state of DE, who has a Pennsylvania License #*** certified this dog without any of the said information in addition to not knowing the bite record OF A PIT BULL. This animal is a huge liability for me and I need answers before I file a civil suit against US Service Animals. I don't know how a dog with ZERO qualifications, who are known to be a viscous, lethal, and unpredictable breed can be approved as an emotional support animal. I need answers.

This business claims to legally registeryour animal as an emotional support animal (no such thing) They charged me $322.97 claiming that I would be evaluated by a medical doctor and receive a legal document allowing my dogs to be recognized as Emotional support animals which would allow them to travel with me and also not be discriminated against when renting a home. The person I spoke to on the phone (***) has no medical doctor *** She spoke to me for about 5 min and emailed me an fake *** letter diagnosing me. This is not a legal document recognized by the airlines or rental agencies. It was denied by the agency. They confirmed it was a fake. I later came on here and discovered all of the similar complaints. I politely called to ask for a refund and spoke to a very rude lady named GABY who denied my refund. It clearly states on their website that you will be evaluated by a Medical Doctor. They are literally taking advantage of people. I had an *** letter from my doctor that needed to be updated but because I was moving I didnt have the time to set up an appointment with my doctor. This is a total scam! I Demand a refund!

I was needing to get my dog registered as a *** for my apartments to accept him, but unfortunately going the route through my actual doctor would take too long. I then found this company. It was super easy and quick at first. I was a bit weary because of this, but figured it would be okay due to positive reviews. The visit was only 1 min before the person interrupted me and told me they needed to hang up and call me back. When they called back they didnt even evaluate or ask any questions. Just automatically stated I was approved. That shouldve been my first sign. After review, my apartments then got back to me letting me know that it was not legit company and my pet was not an actual registered *** and could not be approved. I now have to set up a real appointment which just prolongs this process and adds even more violation fees for my apartment. I wasted close to $300 for nothing on this company and in turn also collected fees from my apartments too. Its ridiculous as that money could have gone towards rent or my children or to seeing an actual therapist! No one has that kind of money just laying around especially being the sole provider. I never write Complaintsboard.com reviews, but I am so disappointed with this company and feel as if I have just been scammed of almost $300 that I couldnt afford to waste. I called in which I could not wait to speak with a rep due to work so then emailed to see what the process was for getting a refund and did not receive any response.
