Ren's Pets Disappointing Experience at Ren's Pets in Orillia: Limited Selection and High Prices

So, I went to this new store in Orillia called Ren's Pets and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out. They didn't have anything for my reptiles or fish, and their prices were way too high for my liking. I did have a couple of the staff members help me out, which was nice, but there was this one lady who seemed to be glued to her computer screen. I don't think I'll be going back to Ren's Pets anytime soon, but I'll definitely be checking out their competition, Pet Smart.

Ren's Pets Impressive Experience at Ren's Pets: Friendly Staff, Variety of Products, and Clean Store!

So, I decided to check out Ren's Pets and boy was I impressed! The store was huge and super clean, which was a nice surprise. There were so many things to look at and I was excited to see what they had to offer. As soon as my sister and I walked in, we were greeted by a really friendly staff member. It was so nice to be welcomed like that!

Throughout our time in the store, all of the staff were really helpful and friendly. It was such a refreshing change from other stores where the staff can be a bit standoffish. I really appreciated their willingness to help us find what we were looking for and answer any questions we had.

One of the best things about Ren's Pets was the variety of products they had. I was able to find some new flavours of cat food that my cats absolutely love. It's always great to find something new that they enjoy! The prices were also comparable to other pet stores, which was a relief.

Overall, I had a great experience at Ren's Pets and I will definitely be back. The staff were amazing, the store was clean and well-stocked, and I found some great new products for my pets. Highly recommend!

Ren's Pets Disappointing Service and Missing Packages: My Experience with Ren's Pets

I gotta say, I've had some trouble with Ren's Pets lately. I ordered a package back in October and it never arrived. I've been trying to get it sorted out ever since, but it's been a real hassle. I've reached out to everyone I can find online, including the big boss himself, but still no luck. It's frustrating, to say the least.

And it's not just the missing package that's got me down on Ren's. Even when I do manage to place an order, I've had issues with inventory. The website says everything's in stock, but then I get my package and find out something's missing. It's happened more than once, and it's a real bummer.

I don't want to be too hard on Ren's, because I know they're probably dealing with a lot of orders and stuff. But it's hard not to feel let down when things don't go smoothly. I hope they can get their act together and start delivering the kind of service they promise.

Ren's Pets Disappointing Experience at Ren's Pets: Unhelpful Staff and Poor Recommendations

I recently visited Ren's Pets and was disappointed with my experience. The manager and staff were not very helpful and seemed dismissive of my questions about products and food for my brand new puppy. I was hoping for some guidance, but unfortunately, they didn't seem knowledgeable on the subject.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. It felt like a toxic environment with lots of drama queens. The staff didn't seem educated or trained, and the food they recommended for my puppy made him very ill. I ended up with a big vet bill, and even the vet was not impressed with the store's recommendations. They reported Ren's Pets to the college, humane society, and SPCA.

To make matters worse, the staff dress very sloppily with nose piercings and pink and blue hair. It was very unprofessional, and they didn't even wear name tags. Overall, I would suggest staying away from Ren's Pets.

Ren's Pets Ren's Pets: Disappointing Experience with Dog Food and Return Policy

I recently had to switch my dog's food brand because the one I was using got discontinued. I decided to try Ren's Pets (renspets.com) and bought a large bag of food. Unfortunately, my dog got diarrhea from it after three weeks of slowly mixing it into her diet. Even with the slow transition, my dog still has diarrhea.

I went to return the food, but not much was missing from the bag. However, Ren's Pets does not accept returns for large bags of food, which I think is wrong considering their 30-day return policy and their record of returns. I had previously returned an unopened bag of dog food, but now they won't return the large bag that is making my dog sick.

When I asked why they wouldn't accept the return, they told me that I've switched brands too many times. But I had to find a new food that my dog likes since her old one was discontinued. It's frustrating that they won't take responsibility for selling a product that made my dog sick.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience at Ren's Pets. I understand that they have policies in place, but I think they should make exceptions for situations like this where the product is causing harm to a pet. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Ren's Pets Disappointing Experience with Ren's Pets: Outdated Website, Stolen Money, and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Ren's Pets and I must say, I was quite disappointed. It seems like they are trying to become like PetSmart or maybe they already have. I mean, what kind of stupid system are they implementing?

Firstly, their website is horrible and outdated. If they decided to comply with all this communist country that is dictated by some pieces of garbages, they need to work on their website. It's not user-friendly at all.

Secondly, I ordered online and they stole my money. Can you believe that? They packed whatever they felt like in a bag and didn't even care to apologize for stealing. It's not fair to the customers who trust them with their hard-earned money.

Thirdly, they used to collect the money in-store AFTER they packed the order with the items they actually have in the store. But now, they're lying about "online" and fooling people to buy. It's not right.

Lastly, I'm still waiting for my products that I paid for online and they never gave them to me. Where is my money? They're $#*!ing thieves!

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Ren's Pets to anyone. They need to work on their website and their customer service. It's not fair to the customers who trust them.

Ren's Pets Ren's Pet Depot: The Best Place for All Your Pet Needs!

I been shopping for my pets at Ren's for a long time now. I remember when they only had one store in the "outskirts" of Oakville. Now they got a big ol' website and they done expanded like crazy! But they still got that country feelin' and all the staff are like family. They got everything you need for your pets, and I mean everything! And they deliver it fast and right on time. If there's ever any problems, they fix it up real quick. They still got a local person that answers the phone and helps you out with any issues. I moved out of Oakville a while back, but I still shop at Ren's on their website. You should check 'em out too, they're the best!

Ren's Pets Disappointing Online Order Pickup Experience at Ren's Pets Oakville/Trafalgar Location

I've been a loyal customer of Ren's Pets for quite some time now, but I must say that my recent experience with their online order pickup process at their Oakville / Trafalgar location left me feeling quite disappointed. I had placed an online order for pickup, hoping to avoid having to enter the store and wait in line like everyone else. However, when I arrived at the store, an employee informed me that I needed to wait in line with the other 35 people who were waiting to enter the store for a normal shop.

I was quite frustrated by this, as I had specifically chosen the online pickup option to avoid having to wait in line. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I was finally able to enter the store to pick up my order. However, I was then informed that I would have to wait in the cash register line with everyone else to pay for my order. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering online in the first place, and I ended up leaving the store without my order.

Ren's Pets, I implore you to fix your curb side pickup process. It's frustrating and inconvenient for customers like me who are trying to avoid crowds and long lines. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve the online order pickup experience for your customers.

Ren's Pets Poor Customer Service at Ancaster Pet Store - Review

I usually go to the Rymal Rd store to get my pet supplies, but it's closed for a bit. So I went to the Ancaster store instead. When I got there, the person helping customers was outside, so I waited my turn and kept my distance from others. I had a question about a product, so I asked her. She said I had to call in my order, but I wanted to ask a question first. She told me to go sit in my car and call her. I was standing there with other customers, so she could have just answered my question. Then I would have known more about the product before ordering it. I left and drove away. I'm going to find another pet store that will help me and answer my questions until Rymal opens again. The service at the Ancaster store was really rude.

Ren's Pets Ren's Pets Review: Disappointed with Order Fulfillment and Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Ren's Pets for my furry friend. I ordered two bottles of ear cleaner for my dog and added a few low-priced, light-weight items to the order to make the most of the $14 shipping and handling fee. However, when my package arrived, I was surprised to find that the bottles of ear cleaner were missing. I was disappointed to see that there was no mention of a backorder, so I tried to check for information online. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any way to check the order status since I hadn't opened an account.

I decided to call Ren's Pets and left a detailed message explaining the situation. Shortly after, I received an email from someone named Amanda who informed me that the ear cleaner was on backorder and since the backorder total was under $20.00, they were cancelled. I was confused and frustrated, so I replied to Amanda asking why they would cancel part of my order without even notifying me. I suggested that they either ship me the two bottles of ear cleaner that I ordered or credit me the full price of the shipping and handling so that I could place the order again.

Amanda replied quickly, explaining that they do mention in the confirmation email that any backordered items under $20.00 will be cancelled and that the customer will not be charged for them. I was disappointed to hear this, as I felt that Ren's Pets could have handled the situation better. I had paid $14 for the shipment of four light items and two heavy ones, and they had simply chosen not to deliver the two heavier items without even notifying me.

I replied to Amanda, expressing my disappointment and frustration. I pointed out that Ren's Pets could have made things right and gained a loyal customer for life, but instead, they kept my $14 and hid behind the small print at the bottom of the order confirmation. I felt that this was a bad business practice and that there are plenty of other online stores that actually fulfill their orders properly.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Ren's Pets. While I appreciate Amanda's quick response, I feel that the company could have handled the situation better. I would caution others to be aware of the small print in the confirmation email and to consider shopping elsewhere for their pet needs.

Ren's Pets Disappointed with Ren's Pets: Long Wait, High Prices, and Sold Out Items

I ain't too thrilled with Ren's Pets, to be honest. I ordered a couple of things from them over 2 months ago and still haven't gotten my hands on them. I shelled out over $200 for these items, so you can imagine how cheesed off I am. And don't even get me started on the prices - they're sky high! Plus, half the stuff I wanted was already sold out. Not cool, Ren's Pets. Not cool at all.

Ren's Pets Ren's Pets Review: Frustrating Sales and Limited Cat Options

I've been shopping at Ren's Pets for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed. Whenever they have sales on pet food, I try to order as soon as possible, but I always seem to run into the same problem. The message "item removed" pops up, and I'm never able to get the items I want. It's frustrating, to say the least.

Another thing I've noticed is that the store seems to cater more to dogs than cats. As a cat owner, I wish there were more options available for my furry friend. But hey, maybe that's just me.

Ren's Pets is a store that I used to frequent quite often. I was a loyal customer, always coming back for more. However, I must say that my experience with them was not the best. I felt like they didn't really care about my business, and that was a real shame.

I remember one time when I went in to ask for some help, and they just brushed me off. They didn't seem interested in helping me at all. It was really frustrating, and I felt like they didn't value me as a customer.

Despite this, I still think that Ren's Pets has some good products. They have a wide selection of pet food, toys, and accessories. I've bought a lot of things from them over the years, and I've always been happy with the quality of their products.

However, I do think that they could improve their customer service. They need to be more attentive to their customers and show that they care about their business. If they can do that, I think they'll be able to keep more customers coming back.

Ren's Pets Ren's Pets: A Good In-Store Experience, But Online Shopping Falls Short

Ren's Pets is a pretty good place to shop for pet supplies. I've been there a few times and I always find what I need. The prices are pretty good too, especially if you go in-store. The staff is usually pretty helpful and friendly, but there was one time when I had an issue with a coupon and the person I talked to, Kelly, wasn't very nice about it. I hope she learns to be a better customer service representative in the future.

The only downside to Ren's is their online store. I've had a lot of issues with prices and coupons not working properly. It's really frustrating when you're trying to save money and the website won't cooperate. I would give their online store a rating of 1 out of 5.

Overall, I would say that Ren's is a good place to shop for pet supplies. If you can, I would recommend going in-store rather than shopping online. The prices are better and the service is usually pretty good. Just be prepared to deal with the occasional grumpy employee.

Ren's Pets Terrible Customer Service at Ren's Pets in St Catharines: Manager Threatened to Call Cops

I went to Ren's Pets in St Catharines the other day to buy some cat food. I got there at 6:58, just two minutes before they were supposed to close. As I walked in, I heard someone shout, "we're closed!" behind me. I turned around and saw a man who I assumed was the manager. I showed him my phone, which clearly indicated that they were still open for two more minutes. But instead of apologizing, he got angry and told me to leave or he would call the cops.

I was really upset by this experience. Buying cat food shouldn't be this complicated. I understand that the employees might want to go home after a long day, but they should still treat their customers with respect and kindness. I don't usually complain, but this was extreme.

Overall, I would not recommend Ren's Pets based on my experience at the St Catharines store. The customer service was terrible and the manager was extremely rude. If you're looking for a pet store, I would suggest trying somewhere else.
