We got this cute little poodle-pom named Trixie, and she's been the best puppy ever for the past 4 years. We wanted to give her the best diet possible, so we decided to switch to a raw diet about a year ago. We found a freeze-dried product at our local pet boutique that worked well for us, but we were always looking for something better.

That's when we stumbled upon Dr. Marty's website and his Nature's Blend product. Dr. Marty's introduction to the product was very informative, and we were sold on giving it a try, especially with the 90-day money-back guarantee. After comparing ingredients and prices, we found that Dr. Marty's product was more pure and better priced than what we were using before.

Trixie loves the Nature's Blend and eats it up right away. She's more satiated than before, and she used to always bug us for more with the other product. When we were placing our initial order, we were prompted to discounted prices for additional bags, and we didn't hesitate to take advantage of it. We now have plenty of Nature's Blend on our shelves at a great price. We also love the informative emails that Dr. Marty sends out. A couple of weeks ago, he suggested teaching a new trick like a "high-five." With a little bit of patience and some morsels of Nature's Blend (our pooches are highly motivated by food), Trixie picked it up right away and has been the source of many smiles.

My dog, a 10 lb. Miniature Pinscher, took to Dr. Marty's food right away. I've been around dogs my whole life, showing and breeding them for 40 years, and my father was a veterinarian, so I know how to transition dogs to new food. I mixed her kibble with Dr. Marty's food, and she picked her way around the original food to eat all of Dr. Marty's before polishing the bowl clean! It was so funny to watch her do that.

Now, whenever I call her for meals, she flies into the kitchen to eat. She's always been an exuberant eater, but not like this. She's 10 years old and has always been an active girl, but I do detect a bit more vigor when running with her "cousin" canines who outweigh her by about 60+ pounds (one of them is also feasting on Dr Marty's food).

The only suggestion I have is to reinforce or somehow strengthen the closure of the bags. One side has a tendency to pull away and can no longer be vacuum sealed properly. I appreciate the quality of Dr. Marty's food, but I'm glad I only have one small dog, so I can keep up with the higher price. I'm going to figure out how many meals I get from one bag to determine how much each meal costs. That tends to put it in a more affordable perspective. She is currently getting a quarter cup twice a day.

I'm so happy that she is doing so well and, without a doubt, loves, loves, loves Dr. Marty's!

My dog is a picky eater, so I never know if he's going to like a food consistently or at all until I put it in his dish and set it in front of him. If he pauses for more than 3 seconds before beginning to eat, I start to worry. Then if he steps back and sits down, he's reluctant which is not a good sign. Then if I tell him to eat his dinner and he still won't touch it...he's not going to. But that wasn't the case with Dr. Marty's food. My dog loved it!

He just finished his first bag a few days ago and he was a member of the clean plate club every day. I was so happy with the results that I opened his second bag a couple of days ago. However, he wasn't eating it like the first bag. He was very reluctant the first two times, only eating about half and wasting the rest. Last night, he wouldn't eat any more than one bite. I, too, noticed a couple of differences in the second bag. The water was not absorbing as it did before, even after 10+ minutes. There was at least 1/3 of the added water that had not absorbed into the food. The pieces were quite formed, spongy, but much firmer than before. It doesn't seem to be fully rehydrating like before. The color is different and the texture seems to look similar to that of a wine bottle cork. I tried warmer water and still no success.

Despite the issues with the second bag, I definitely have a feeling of satisfaction from the first bag. Chopper's mood, energy levels, and coat seem to have improved in a matter of a few weeks. Not sure what was different with the most recent bag though. He really was happy with it and never acted finicky or reluctant once. Hopefully, there is an explanation for the odd consistency of the new bag and we can figure out a solution. Thank you, Dr. Marty!

I saw Dr. Marty's whole infomercial, and let me tell you, it was a long one! I couldn't find a way to pause or skip ahead, so I had to watch the whole thing. Dr. Marty talked about his 30+ years of experience as a vet, and how he became a "vet for the Stars." He kept talking about the benefits of freeze-dried food for dogs, which I had never heard of before.

I usually buy natural pet supply kibble dog food for my dog, which costs me $40 for a 15-pound bag. The ingredients list chicken, chicken meal, and broth as the first ingredients, along with lots of vegetables. It's a hefty bag that lasts me a while. Dr. Marty's bag, on the other hand, is only 16 ounces and very expensive. By the end of his pitch, I wasn't even sure how much I was ordering (it turned out to be three bags), and that they would be shipped automatically every month for roughly $90 each time, charged to my VISA card.

I'm not a store or a warehouse, and I only have one dog, Jaspur, who is a 10-year-old mixed Basenji. I feed him half a bowl twice a day, so I don't need that much food. When I contacted a Dr. Marty associate by phone, she offered to reduce my one charge by 40%, which I thought was fair enough. I keep one bag sealed in my fridge, and I mix handfuls of Dr. Marty's with reduced amounts of his other premium but cooked kibble food.

Let me tell you, Jaspur loves Dr. Marty's food! He gobbles it up and often turns up his nose at the leftovers. After one bag's worth of Dr. Marty's, he dropped from 27.5 pounds to 23.25 pounds, which is his ideal weight. He's also full of pep when I walk him or turn him loose to run in a big open park. I'm now into the second bag, which should last me nearly a month.

I'm a retired radio announcer, and I don't know how to attach a photo. I bought the food on July 15, 2022. Jaspur is super intelligent, and I'm afraid he might hire an attorney to force me to buy more Dr. Marty's in the future!

I gotta tell ya, I got 4 dogs in my house and they all love Dr. Marty's food. I got two pit bulls, one chihuahua, and a couple of German shepards that I'm fostering. They all got their own issues, but this food really helped them out. Even my 10-year-old pit bull with tumors started playing again after eating this stuff for a while. It took him a couple of days to get used to it, but now he loves it just like the rest of them. They all look healthier and more active since I started giving them this food. I wish I could afford to keep buying it for them all the time, but it's a little pricey for my budget. But I know that when I can, I'll be getting more of this stuff for sure. Animals are like family to me, and I want to give them the best I can. Dr. Marty's food is definitely the best out there. Thanks, Dr. Marty, for making something so special for our furry friends.

My furry friend Buddy has been a tough cookie to please ever since he came into my life. He had a difficult transition from his previous owner who had him since he was a puppy. Unfortunately, his previous owner passed away due to diabetes and Buddy was left to fend for himself. He was used to eating only people food and it took a while for him to adjust to dog food. However, things got easier when he bonded with my husband who also had diabetes and Alzheimer's. Sadly, my husband passed away and Buddy was once again left to grieve.

In 2021, I became a caretaker for an elderly woman who also had diabetes and cardiac events. Buddy and the woman became the best of friends and he even knew when her heart rate was irregular. Unfortunately, she also passed away and Buddy was once again left to mourn. It was a difficult time for both of us as he refused to eat anything.

That's when I saw an ad for Dr. Marty's on my phone while playing solitaire. I was willing to try anything at that point and followed the instructions to add a little bit to his food. It took about two weeks for him to get used to it but now he loves it. He still won't eat just Dr. Marty's and some days he still doesn't eat at all. But his overall attitude has improved and we finally have formed poop!

I plan on continuing to use Dr. Marty's and even adding treats to my purchases when I am able to. However, my only concern is the cost as I am on a fixed income. Hey Dr. Marty,

I wanted to talk to you about your Nature's Blend product. I got three dogs, and I wanted to try it out with just one bag per month to see how it would affect their appetite and overall reaction to the food. When I opened the bag, it had a bit of a fishy smell, but I mixed it in with their regular dry dog food. I got Pretty Girl (8 y.o.), CoCo Chocolate (5 y.o.), and T.J. (7 y.o.). T.J. is a real chowhound, so he gobbled it up right away. CoCo is picky, but she tried it out after seeing T.J. eating it. Pretty Girl is the princess of the family, so she didn't eat any at first. But I put a handful in each day, and by the second bag, they were all loving it.

I've noticed some improvements in their well-being since starting on Nature's Blend. They're scratching their ears and licking their feet less, and they're not shaking their heads as much. I'm definitely going to increase my monthly order to two bags next time, and then maybe even three. All three dogs seem to really enjoy the blend, even Pretty Girl. She's picky about everything, so that's saying something.

I also tried the Probiotic one time, and I'll be adding that to my next order. I want my babies to live long and strong lives, and I think Nature's Blend can help with that. We got two small mix breed dogs. Taco is a 14 year old Pomchi and Bandit is a 4 year old Lashire. Taco never had no problem with his food. I swear he could eat a bowl of termites and be just fine. But Bandit is very sensitive. At first we couldn't figure out what was wrong. He kept chewing on himself, littrally tearing his hair out, crying and, making himself bleed. The vets we took him to couldn't find nothing wrong. We were giving him Benadryl and using special medicated shampoo that the vet gave us just so poor Bandit could get a little relief. I was starting to think that we might have to put him down just to end his suffering.

I began to suspect that it was the food that we were feeding him. As I looked at the packages I saw the list of (for lack of a better term) poison that it was made of. So we began to search for higher quality and cleaner food. As we tried these foods, Bandit began to slowly recover his fur started growing back and his chewing because less. However we just couldn't stop it completely no matter what we tried.

My wife sent me the video of Dr. Marty's and after talking about it, we thought we'd give it a try.

Bandit has been on it now for a little over a month as of this review. He has fully recovered. The recovery is truly amazing! His fur is now completely regrown. He no longer chews and cries. He's back to being full of life and, happy and playful. Taco has also gotten a lot more lively and his fur as soften. He used to just lay around, but now he too has more energy.

Yes, it's expensive. Yes, the bags are small and yes, it's not readily available in your local store. But from our experience the expense and inconvenience is nothing when compared to results.

If you really love your fur babies and want them to be healthy and enjoy life as we all want to, then I would strongly recommend that you stay away from the poison of the big name brand dog food and consider what you would feed them as you would consider feeding your own children.

In my 64 years of life, I've always had dogs. But I've never seen anything like this. Thank you Dr. Marty. You really are a lifesaver! We love you!

Our Scottish Terrier, Lucky, has been thriving on Dr. Marty's pet food! She absolutely loves it and eagerly waits for her meals every day. We were pleasantly surprised that Lucky didn't experience any digestive issues when we switched her over to Dr. Marty's food. It was a smooth transition and Lucky has been enjoying her meals ever since.

Unfortunately, we ran out of Dr. Marty's food and had to substitute it with another brand. We quickly realized our mistake and wished we had signed up for more of Dr. Marty's amazing food. Lucky's energy levels have increased and she seems much happier and healthier overall.

Lucky is not just a pet, but also my daughter's service dog. My daughter suffered a catastrophic brain injury in 2014 and Lucky has been by her side ever since. Lucky is not only a seizure dog, but also provides emotional support to my daughter. She is a vital part of my daughter's life journey and we are grateful for her every day.

Last year, my daughter had to undergo 19 brain surgeries due to an infected brain shunt. After the surgeries, she started experiencing seizures and that's when we noticed that Lucky was able to sense them before they happened. Lucky is full of life, character, attitude, and most importantly, love. She is a promise that I made to my daughter and to Lucky, that I will make sure she is around for many years to come.

Chance, my 10-year-old mixed Yorkie, is really enjoying his new food from Dr. Marty. I've been slowly mixing it in with his old food and he seems to be adjusting well. The only downside is that I wish I could buy it in Canada because the cost of importing it from the States is pretty steep. I've stocked up on enough to last for a while, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep ordering it once that's gone.

On the bright side, I really appreciate all the helpful tips and advice I've received from Dr. Marty. It's great to have a resource like this to turn to for guidance on pet care. Thanks again!

The food from Dr. Marty's website is really good. All of my pets, including my cats and dogs, love it. The only problem is that it's really expensive. The bag is so small that it only lasts a few days for one pet if they eat 2 cups a day. It's not even enough for a full week for my 40-pound dog. I can buy a huge 15 kg bag of hypoallergenic food from my vet for $120, and it lasts almost 2 months. It's going to be really hard to keep buying this food for my pets at the cost of Dr. Marty's food.

My neighbor also wanted to buy this food for his dog, but his dog weighs 100 pounds. Who can afford to spend $200-500 a month on dog food for just one pet? The pricing is just ridiculous.

Overall, I really like the food from Dr. Marty's website, but the cost is just too high. I wish it was more affordable so that I could continue to feed it to my pets.

My little pooch was diagnosed with Cushing's disease when he was just six years old. I was really worried about him and wanted to find a food that would help him feel better. That's when I stumbled upon Dr. Marty's website and decided to give his food a try.

When I received the food, I was a bit surprised by the size and consistency of the kibble. It was small and looked like mini marshmallows. I soaked it in water for a while, but it didn't seem to absorb much water and didn't increase in volume. Despite this, my dog seemed to like it when I mixed it with his old food. However, when I tried to give him only the new food, he only ate a few bites. This was strange because my dog usually loves to eat.

I decided to continue feeding him the new food mixed with a little canned food. I'm hoping that this will help him feel better. I'm not sure how such a small amount of food can hold all the nutrients that my dog needs, but I'm willing to give it a try. If my dog improves, I will definitely give Dr. Marty's food a better review.

Overall, I think Dr. Marty's food has potential, but I'm not completely sold on it yet. I wish the kibble would absorb more water and increase in volume. I also think the size of the kibble is a bit small. However, I'm willing to give it a chance and see if it helps my dog feel better.

I recently tried out Dr. Marty's pet products, specifically the Shine & Luster supplement for my dog. Unfortunately, I didn't see any noticeable difference in my dog's scratching after using it for a while. I called customer service to inquire about their refund policy, and the representative advised me to give it the full 30 days before making a decision. She also made a note on my account about my concerns.

After using up all three bottles, I still didn't see any improvement and decided to request a refund. However, I was surprised to learn that I needed to send back the empty bottles in order to receive a refund. I didn't know this beforehand and had only kept the last bottle, which I promptly sent back.

In the end, I received a refund of $62.15 out of the $186.45 I had paid. I was disappointed that I didn't receive a full refund, but I understand that they needed to verify the lot numbers on the bottles. It's definitely a loophole in their refund policy that customers should be aware of.

Overall, I'm not completely satisfied with my experience with Dr. Marty's products. While I appreciate their commitment to using natural ingredients, I didn't see the results I was hoping for and the refund process was a bit frustrating. I may try out other products in the future, but I'll definitely be more cautious and informed about their policies.

So, I saw this ad for Dr. Marty's pet food and I was like, "Wow, this looks great!" But then I started to wonder, how much do I have to feed my dog? I mean, I don't want to spend a ton of money on food every month. So, I emailed customer service and they told me that for a medium sized dog, it's gonna cost me over $300 a month! That's a lot of money, especially since it's just for dog food.

And get this, when I asked them to cancel my order, they said no! I mean, come on, that's not cool. Now I have to pay for the return shipping just to get my money back. And to top it off, they said that they use different manufacturers to make the food. How can they have quality control if they're using different manufacturers? That just doesn't make sense to me.

I mean, there are so many other raw dog foods out there that are just as good, if not better, and won't break the bank. I don't know why anyone would spend that much money on dog food, just because Oprah used it. Do your research, people! Don't just buy something because of a celebrity endorsement.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received from Dr. Marty's website. I had ordered food for my dog from their site, but unfortunately, they charged me twice for the same order. This was very misleading, and I was not happy about it at all. I tried to call them twice to cancel the order, but it was of no use. Now, I have 36 bags of food that my dog won't eat, and I am stuck with them.

What was even more frustrating was that the customer service representative that I spoke to was not helpful at all. They did not apologize for their mistake, and instead, they blamed me for having two subscriptions. This was not true, and I was very upset that they did not bother to ask me about it. It was their negligence, and they should have taken responsibility for it.

I hope that Dr. Marty reads these reviews and takes action to improve their customer service. The representative that I spoke to was extremely rude and kept interrupting me when I was speaking to him. He was more concerned about pointing the finger at me instead of being helpful. This is not how customer service should be, and I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated.

In conclusion, I would not recommend buying Dr. Marty's food from their site. Their customer service is very poor, and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Please be careful when ordering from them, and double-check your orders to avoid any issues.

I recently bought some dog food from Dr. Marty's website for my new rescue pup. I saw a video that made it look like the best thing ever for my little angel. I was a bit taken aback by the price, but I figured that my pup deserved the best, so I went ahead and ordered it. It took a while to get to me, and it had been to a few different cities before it arrived. When I opened the package, I was hit with a really bad smell. It smelled like rotten meat or something. I gave my pup a bite, and she didn't seem to like it very much. But, the video and the information that came with it said that I should keep trying.

So, I mixed about ten of the nuggets with her regular kibble last night. This morning, she started vomiting. I was really worried, so I contacted the company to see what was going on. They said that I could return it, but I would have to pay for the shipping myself. They also offered me a 40% discount if I decided to keep it. I don't understand why they would do that. It seems like a really strange business model to me.

I'm really disappointed with this product. It was really expensive, and it made my dog sick. I can only assume that it's some kind of scam. It's not just about the money, though. I care about my pup more than anything, and I don't want to give her anything that could harm her. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone. It's just not worth it.
