On 26january 2025 I take my phone to ottosdal pep store 4 repair. Till know did not get my phone back. On 22 tuesday 2025 I went to ottosdal pep store to check my phone. I meet de manger off pep store she said to me they got feedback from repair my phone have liquid water inside I said to her my phone did not drowned in water. My problem of my is only over heating and shacking screen. She said I must pay 1000+ to repair my phone said to her my phone didn't go through the water. She said tome I must call repair. I do that. They take me back to the ottosdal pep store. It's only ottosdal pep store to contact repair not me. Cus this phone I pay every month 230. They have 2years warranty. Know I have 5month without my phone. I need possible help in this matter.
