I bought a phone at PEP centurion mall on the 28th of March and it was not working . I returned the phone but I didn't get my refund because the manager said when I bought the phone I was supposed to tell them what i want it for, I told him that I asked if I am able to use the internet and if it works well and they said yes. I have been waiting for feedback and I have been complaining for a month now and I have not being assisted. I want my money I need it. its mine. they are criminals

Desired outcome: I was what is owed to me and also all the money I have been using for this complaint, i had to go to the police station for an affidavit and all the ups and downs I have to do.
