I am so irate and highly angry at one of your pep cell lady @ Pep cell Kaalfontein corner in Johannesburg, My mom sent my younger brother money via Capitec to withdraw there on the 21st of December, however when he got there an unwilling, rude and unprofessional lady by the name of Philadelphia informed him that they are offline, only to receive a message few minutes later that the money has been withdrawn in Cape Town, she is the only one who had those details, we need you to look at the store footage and see what she did on the screen immediately after lying and informing my brother that the system was offline when it was not, we literally lost the amount of 1600 which we needed for important stuff, we request that a thorough investigation be in place, our contact [protected],enail [protected]@gmail.com
