My acc has been locked for failing a sec check I then had to send my bank details an ID. I took the doc to pep vangate mall last year already a was said it will he sorted within 3 working days.. This mnth however I wanted to purchase an again it's the same issue which means it has never mean sorted I again took my document to same stores on Tuesday an was told I can purchase today.. I phned customer care an once again they said the haven't received my documents.. This is pathetic service as I have paid my acc regular an I cannot get any assistance online or even in stores
Desired outcome: I would like my acc to active an be able to use ASAP.
