Today, 01/09/2025, I went to PEP to collect my layby, and the lady informed me that I had not paid anything on it, so it was automatically cancelled. I am very disturbed and feel that PEP has lost the values it once had; now it's all about money. I wish I had known earlier. I just want to say, poor, poor, very poor service. Why give an expiry date but cancel things two months beforehand?
Let me tell you, there are things in life beyond our control. How do you offer a service and then decide to take it away because of your new policies? What about a mother struggling on her own, facing abuse, and suddenly ending up in witness protection with nothing, not even a phone?
PEP has become so rich that the poor or less fortunate just have to accept these changes. I will teach my four kids not to rely on PEP in the future because they no longer uphold their values.
I hope my God sees the unfairness of powerful companies like this and brings about a better company to serve people who are less fortunate. Thanks for the poor service. If I had a wish, I wish...pep never existed.
why because my laybuy was a gift to myself but i next time will be doing that at another shop with value, i made anorher laybuy but i know its going to be that ,,i will go where my time is also value not only my money
Claimed loss: nothing accept time
Desired outcome: nothing rules are rules .your laybuy rules do not say maybe say it will be
