I bought a cell phone A05 with IMEI: 350280676262029 on the 31st of July 2024. On the 17th of November 2024 it just shut off while the battery was at bout 70%. I then took it to PEP cell, they told me that i should take it to DND for quick attention. i then took it there on the 22nd November 2024. I then recieved an sms after about a week, informing me that the phone is ready. Less than a month after fetching it, it shut off again. I took it back to DND on the 17th of December 2024, of which after 3 to four days they sent me an sms me and said the phone is ready. Upon arrival, the receptionist lady said the technician said there is nothing wrong with the phone. When I tried to switch it on it could not switch on. The receptionist said it might be, the phone was left on the whole time then the betery might be dead. I took the phone when i was in Vincent I bought the charger of which after connecting the phone it showed 82% which prooved it was not the bettery but the shutting off problem. I then called the DND and explained that the phone is on 82%. fortunately when i switched it on it never gave the problem till Jyly the 7th 2025 the whole month. In August the 1st 2025 i asked my wife to book it at PEP for the same problem. They never called to inform me about the phone progress, till I went to check in October 2025, they could not find the phone, they then took my phone number promising to call me if they find anything and they never did. they then called my wife in November 2025 and did not give her a clear information except that the phone has damaged charging pin, when she asked for clarity the lady droped the phone. Today, Friday, 19 December 2025 I went to PEP to ask for myself. The lady who attended to me told me that the phone was regected because the phone was physically damaged and there is a fluid on the phone. i then asked them to take my email address and tell the technicein to emaill me the full report of which they refused. I asked the full name, surname and position of the lady who assisted me and she refused to give me only her name she gaveme wich is Ziyanda. I do not agree with any of the explanation they are giving me because it is not true. I do not apreciate the treetment I recieved from PEP as thier client.
