We reserved a rental truck yesterday 4/30/2025 at about 8 a.m. from Penske Truck Rental the employee working there named Jay was not pleasant to work with. No "customer service" knowledge whatsoever. Sloucing, continuously sighed while he waited on us (as if we were a bother to him) is not acceptable. We have been a Penske customer for a while now, but after this experience yesterday, we know we can get better service elsewhere.
