I have not been able to complete my Pharmacy Technician course due to the fact that I have not received a lab kit. I was told I should have received it when I signed up for the class a year ago. I had no idea I was supposed to receive this kit, so when I got to that part of the course, I had no idea what they were talking about. I've had to get a three month extension so I can finish the class, I'm already about 3 weeks into the extension, but I have not been able to advance in my course for this reason. I have called numerous times and all they do is put in a case, which is useless since the problem has still not been resolved. I was put in contact with the people who are supposed to send the Lab kit and they said they never received an order so I had to speak to Penn Foster. I'm not sure who I'm supposed to speak with in order to get the help I need, so I've had to resort to making a complaint. Not to mention the many times I tried making an appointment with an instructor and was not able to connect with them. There are many cases to my account and someone marked them all as resolved, I'm not sure how they came to that conclusion since I was never made aware I had even been helped. The class itself has been fine (except for the hundreds of acronyms and abbreviations I was supposed to have memorized after one mention of them). The customer service has been horrible and If anyone were to ask me if I'd recommend Penn Foster, I'd have to say hell no!
