The windows and doors from Pella are awesome! They really make my house look so much better. The people who installed them were super nice and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Pella to anyone who needs new windows or doors. They have a lot of different options to choose from and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Pella and would definitely use them again in the future.

Our living room window was all messed up, but they sent someone out to check it out and give us some options for fixing it. They were super helpful and answered all our questions, and the price they quoted us was totally fair. We're definitely gonna tell our peeps about these guys.

Thanx *** and the Pella peeps for my dope sliders installed here in RI. The Pella peeps took out the old Pella sliders from the 80's and put in the new ones. The finished interior and exterior work is pro grade A results. I'm stoked for my next Pella project.

Pella Windows and Doors of Southern New England is a decent company, but they have some issues. First, they wanted full payment upfront, but I was able to negotiate to pay only half. Second, I paid $120 for them to fix a problem, but they told me it would be included in the door replacement service. Third, when the service men came to replace the door, they added another $120 because they had to come out twice. Fourth, the service rep had a bad attitude. Finally, it took them an hour to put the door in and caulk it on July 6th.

We got Pella to put in a front door for us. The deal said it would be black trim and color match on the door. But what they put in on 7/6/2022 was a white trim and unpainted door. They didn't put it in right and there's a gap at the bottom of the door and RTV smudges around the windows. We told the installers about it. Then we spent the next 2 weeks calling and emailing Pella. After 2 weeks, the sales guy *** got back to us and said there's nothing they can do and we never picked colors. That's not true. It's in the deal we signed and we even met with a color person from Pella between the sales meeting and the install. It's been another 2 weeks since we replied to the sales guy's email and Pella still hasn't called or emailed us to fix it. We're stuck with a 10k door that doesn't work right and doesn't match our house.

I called Pella on 11/02 to fix my casement window that wouldn't lock. They wanted $150.00 to schedule an appointment for 12/2, which I paid. The Pella guy came at 11:15 am and worked on the window for 3 hours. He replaced the locking mechanism 3 times with new locks, but it still wouldn't lock. He damaged the wood trim around the window and said he'd order new sash at no cost to me. He also said he'd order new locks when he got back to the office. He said, "I don't know what else to do, and I'm late for my next appointment." On 12/3, I got an email with an invoice for $121.28 for new locks and sash trim. I called Stefan *** on 12/3 at 1:15 pm and told her what happened. She said she'd talk to her manager and call me back, but she hasn't. Invoice reference# ***-000458.
