Got new doors from Eco-Choice Windows and Doors in August 2022. I was sleeping when the installers finished up. They left my soffit damaged and exposed, live wires where the doorbell was, and they caulked with no place to put a doorbell at all. My wife asked where they put our old doorbell, and they threw it out! The caulking around the new back sliding door was damaged. My wife asked them to fix it before they left, and they did, but it looked terrible! They left screws everywhere! I'm talking about 100 screws between the front and back door. We sent multiple emails (with pictures), voicemails, and spoke to the receptionist a handful of times and the installation manager. Every time they said, "We'll get back to you in a couple of days!" Our last conversation with the installation manager was on a Tuesday. I let him know I was off work the rest of the week, and the plan was to have the guys come out to do repairs. Guess what? No phone call, and no one came out to complete these repairs. We contacted the sales rep "Ken," who informed us that everything was taken care of, which it clearly has not been! We're very disappointed as we've used this company before and were super happy.

My experience with Eco-Choice Windows and Doors was amazing. My sales guy (Gabe) was super professional, he got me and made everything easy and simple. Communication was on point throughout the process. The price was really good and the final product looks great, exactly what I wanted.

They did a good job! They changed my living room window with 3 double hung in one frame. They came with tarps to cover my carpeting. Everything was cleaned up, inside and out, they cleaned as they moved on. They were nice people and they knew their stuff. They finished the window frame and it looks really good. I am very satisfied. Even my neighbor asked for their information.

Eco-Choice Windows and Doors is amazing! Anthony M. brought in samples of their windows and educated us to make a great choice. He followed up with us on his tall day to make sure things were ok. A large team came and had out entire home done in one day. They cleaned up everything after the install and even vacuumed after! Prices were good, windows are beautiful. Our neighbours are talking about them. It's rare to get this type of service.

Eco Choice is a great company for windows and doors. My family and friends told me about them and they were right. I got some other quotes but Eco Choice was the best. They were really professional and gave me good advice. They were patient and answered all my questions. The install was done really well and they took pride in their work. It was done on time too. The work looks really nice.

I got new windows from eco choice on November 19. During the installation, one of the workers dropped the old window down the stairs. He was carrying the glass alone and wearing just socks without any protective shoes. Thankfully no one was near the stairs but someone could've gotten hurt. The installer hurt himself on the foot because he was only wearing socks when carrying the glass. When I mentioned he should've worn shoes they say it won't matter because they're wearing normal sneakers instead of protecting footwear, again the job clearly has risk for foot injury, not giving workers protective footwear is very dangerous. and this leads to the worker injury in this scenario. The glass also damaged my floor and stairs. Because of the injury to one the workers, the other worker had to finish the job by himself which takes a long time. On top of that, they didn't properly clean the area after, which I understand this is because 1 worker had to do the job by himself but I expect the company to maybe send an extra person to help. On top of all of this, I didn't get a single apology about the glass/damage. I also emailed eco choice regarding my experience but didn't receive a reply. My previous communication before the windows were installed was fast and responsive, seems like they don't care anymore after getting the payment.
