I would recommend this company to anyone, my installer came out on a sat And did a great job..he took his time and did it rt way..I just love ? looking out my window.,I have a beautiful country view on a hlill top. Good job alenco..and to my installer . Billy G.

We purchased a matching set of picture windows for the front of our house and I can not get over just how much of a difference they made with in the first 5 minutes after they finished. They are SOLID and not only keep the weather OUT, but the noise has dropped at LEAST 85%.

North Country Windows & bath Lincoln,ne. They send people out & don't correct the problem. I put scotch tTAPE on to seal the seams! Purchased 7/22 & didn't pu in til November, a lot of excuses. After 4 people they say the Engineers sent 2 pieces of 1" to correct AIR drafts, NO!

The windows have only been in two days. But in that time we love them. Just beautiful and no cold drafts The storm doors are also beautiful our neighbors say it adds a lot to our house. The patio slider doesn't lock. I'm going to wait until we have weather above freezing and try again

I love these products! Had *** in West Allis, WI install windows and a patio door (they did a great job, BTW). What an improvement! The windows operate easily, look great, and I love the tilt-in feature for cleaning. I've noticed the drafts are gone and the outside noise is greatly diminished. The patio door is well-designed and also operates well. Well worth the money.

Everyone at RJW (the company that sold us the windows and did the install) were great. The installation team was exceptional! I thought that the windows we were replacing were good but these Sunrise Vanguard double hung windows offer so much of an open view and seem to keep more of the outside noise out. My wife and I are totally pleased with the entire process from start to finish as well as the product itself.

We love these sunrise windows & the Co that installed them [ the Window Store ] in Marquette, Mi. / They keep the road noise down, keep the cold air and draft out,what an improvement over our old windows. We also got the tinted windows as we get the sun in the morning and the sun in the afternoon, LOVE THEM! I thank you for a great product and I also thank the Co. that installed them. You two make a great team. Keep up the excellent work.

from start to finish alenco was professional courteous and kept me in the loop every step of the process... they were able to surprise me with being proactive the communication even during the installation... i cant remember everyones names in the process but even the team members i didnt speak with deserve kudos ... the install team was kyle levi and brogan? if i got names wrong forgive me great job alenco u all understand customer service and customer satisfaction

These windows were very affordable, look beautiful, and keep our house comfortable. Infinity Home Improvement (Dale) was professional and efficient at getting them put in. He informed us in May when we ordered them that the supply chain problems would mean about 6 months before they were installed, and he was correct. My only complaint (not really) is that I can't hear the coyotes calling at night behind our house any more. Guess I'll have to open a window some nights! :)

Love our Sunrise windows. Purchased a lot in 2013, still look new. Bought more including bay window so now 2021 all 21 windows in house replaced. Superior windows, custom color inside/outside a plus, more glass exposed, no comparison to heavily advertised budget windows. Lifetime/transferable warranty a plus if we decide to sell home. Recommend to consider Sunrise.

Custom View Windows (John) did a great job with installing the products. I would recommend his company in the future. However, two windowpanes were cracked before they were able to install them and will need replacing. Another was not painted the ordered color. Given how long it took to get the original order from your company (ordered April and just installed February 2022), I'm not expecting the replacement sashes anytime soon. Your windows are not inexpensive and having spent 20K on them we expected a better product.

We have a 20 year old home with cheap builder grade windows that desperately needed to be replaced. We chose Sunrise products based upon the recommendation of the dealer. A year ago, we replaced 13 windows using the Essentials line of windows offered by Sunrise. After a year of using them, we chose to replace two more windows, also using the Essentials line. Being very pleased with Sunrise Windows, we also replaced a sliding glass door with one from the Sunrise Vanguard series. So far, we are completely happy with the quality, the performance, and the price. We also recommend our dealer Holliday Home Improvements in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

In 2017 I had a Sunrise bay window installed. Beautiful product. In 2019 I had 12 Sunrise double hung windows installed. Beautiful product. Today I had the last remaining windows needed to be installed on my home. 4 Sunrise double hung and 2 Sunrise basement hopper windows. Horrible product as far as finish. The mitered corners on the frames and sashes look awful. In fact, one of the hopper windows had the frame come apart at the mitered corner when removing it from factory packaging. I would not recommend these windows to anybody anymore. I guess that is why they make curtains. Reached out to Sunrise a month ago no word. Horrible, Horrible product. Certainly not a Premium window as advertised.

I am very disappointed with my windows. I had 7 windows replaced on 12/17. On 12/19 I noticed condensation on 3 of the windows. Condensation and cold drafts were the reasons I had my old Pella windows replaced with Sunrise Windows which are supposed to be the best replacement windows. The screens all need to be fixed as the screens are not taut within the frame. You can also feel the sun's heat coming through the windows on the south side of the house. These are supposed to be triple pane windows. In February I had 5 windows replaced and 2 were on the west side of the house. This past summer when we had 90-to-100-degree days in Nebraska and the sun was beating down on these windows, I could hardly feel any heat coming through the windows. The other 3 windows are on the north side of the house and have not felt any cold drafts, etc during the winter months nor has there ever been any condensation on the windows. This last batch of windows was poorly made by the manufacturer. I didn't pay mega bucks to have the windows replaced and still have the same issue I had with the Pella Windows.
