Dear Pegasus Airlines Customer Service,

I am writing regarding my booking with Pegasus Airlines under the reservation number 1QFCNR. The outbound flight is scheduled on 22 May 2026 from Riyadh to Istanbul, and the return flight is on 29 June 2026.
Due to the suspension of Pegasus flights to Riyadh, my booking has been transferred to Flynas. However, I am currently facing a serious issue: the booking reference ( 1QFCNR ) is not found in the Pegasus system, and it is also not recognized in the Flynas system.
I have already contacted Pegasus Airlines regarding this matter, and I have attached a screenshot of the conversation as evidence confirming that the booking is not available in the system.
Please note that this issue has also occurred previously with another booking, which increases my concern about potential disruption or financial loss, especially as I am traveling with my family.
Therefore, I kindly request your urgent assistance in providing me with the correct and updated booking reference (PNR) for Flynas or any valid confirmation details to ensure that my reservation is properly secured.
I would appreciate your prompt response and immediate support in resolving this matter.
