I'm living in Germany and have been defrauded by the company called Pegasus airlines (flypgs.com) which is a (fraudulent) airline company located in Turkey. I learned from my bank that they made multiple transactions from my credit card. I tried to contact them by e-mail/phone but couldn't get my money back. After searching the internet about the company, I realized that it was too late for me. Since there are already many people like me who has already lost lots of money to this company and couldn't get their money back. If you are reading this, please stay away from Pegasus Airlines. It's been more than 5 months and I still don't have any answer for them.

For other Pegasus Airlines scams, please check http://www.airlinequality.com/Forum/pegasus.htm . At least %50 of the poeple in that page have lost their money without getting any service from this company. What Pegasus airlines usually does is cancelling the flight few days before the flight date and ignoring emails & phone calls from angry customers (like us). Don't bother, you cannot get any refund from them. So, be careful! The strange thing is, even though there are many people who have lost their money to Pegasus Airlines without any service, I'm one of the few people who is compaining about this company on multiple web sites. Please help yourself and let the world know about those scammer companies.

Hi, there.
We live in Sofia, Bulgaria and have been attracted to fly by Pegasus Airlines for the auto show Automechanika held in Istanbul from 7th to 10th April.We have prepaid 4 tickets 2 months before the flight. 1 day before we leave for Istanbul /!/ a guy has phoned on my mobile registered in their online system and has informed me that our flight from Istanbul to Sofia on 10th of April has been cancelled. Please note- one day before our flight and 2 hours before the end of the working day in our country! The most stupid thing was that the guy stated all the time that he has tried to contact me on the same phone on 30th March and I haven't replied which was a complete foolish lie having in mind that the same cell number is a business number used intensely every day and all calls are being strictly answered. I am ready to get and scan here a detailed receipt from the mobile company to prove that nobody has called to inform us in time about the change. This has changed our schedule and has put us in great difficulty and shame in front of our business partners waiting to meet us in Istanbul with itinerary agreed 2 months ago!Maybe they will refuse to return the money to us. Maybe they will continue with their absurd lies. But we will surely not let them have a moment of peace. Especially having in mind that we are neighbour countries with Turkey and the news are spread with the speed of the wind...

In the name of justice I come back to inform everybody that PEGASUS AIRLINES RETURNED THE MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.Honestly I didn't believe this could happen but it really did.I have made 1-2 phone calls all the time talking with a guy.I don't know his name to thank him.But I thank the company for being finally correct.I wish them successful business and to manage the company better and have more satisfied customers.

Sorry to hear that you have also fallen victim to this awful company. We were scammed out of £600 by Pegasus, plus we spent over £60 on plane calls trying to retrieve this money to no avail! How long until this awful company is shut down! Good luck in your quest for your refund! Cathy Guenier

Dear Cathy.
Sorry to hear about your unpleasant situation.
As time goes by I am getting more and more convinced that I've just had real luck.
I have wondered many times what made them refund the money having in mind that I've only called them 2 times on the phone shouting like mad.This approach could not be called diplomatic and usually does not lead to a good result.I was just mad and because of too much pressure I've had toothache for a week during our stay in Turkey for the auto show.I was all the time on medicine.When I came back home I have visited my dentist and guess what- she told me there was nothing to do with my teeth, just a matter of tension and nerves.This is the worst thing of all - that having similar problems we harm our health and psyhic. We cause them injuries which could never be healed completely.
As for our travel I have paid for me and my husband and for another couple of our friends and business partners.When I was informed at the last moment that the flight was cancelled you know as a person with dignity I could not but return the money to our friends.After all it was me to choose Pegasus and it was my responsibility to bear the total loss.
Here I copy the line of my monthly credit card report that proves the money was really refunded and I am not making a fake advertising of the company:

My advise to you is to try one more time.To tell them you know they could be also correct because you have an example for that. If it doesn't work do shout at them, it helps in a way although you may laugh at what I say but it helps really.
If no success, you'd better not allow the situation brake your health for...nothing or for something not as much significant as health and family.

They never aswer complaints letters. I wrote to them two weeks ago with my complaint and they never responded. It comes to something when their guest relations can't even respond to a complaint email and when I chased it up, what did I get?... an automated acknowledgement which was the same one as the one I received straight after sending my complaint email! They are a disgrace and I'll never fly with them again!

I once cancelled a wrong booking with Pegasus well in advance over the phone...I apologised and was very calm. I asked about a refund and the gentleman said it would be subject to a 20% charge. In line with all other airlines I thought that this was quite typical.
I went ahead and it came up on my statement. It pays to be patient and calm. I was glad to get the money back. This was last year.
I think they are a young airline. It is a little worrying to see though that they are not regulated by anyone IATA not being a regulatory body. For this reason and this reason alone don't take unnecessary risks. One other thing that worried me was that in their low price calendar, the low prices indicated as the lowest for that month on the KRA BSL flights don't come up for July and there is one lowest price of 99.999.999.99 USD which is something their web team need to be careful about if they get taken to court in EU or in UK. yesterday i went to Sabiha Gocken airport in Istanbul to board on the plane flying to Italy at 12.05 and there i found a surprise... the date on the booking was wrong I was supposed, according to the booking, to go back to Italy on the 12th of october 2012 and not on the 12th of sep. 2012 as I was sure..ok there was a mistake . did I make it when I booked the flight ? who knows, but the problem was not this. I begged the lady at the ticket selling desk to find a solution because I absolutely had to be back to Italy on the 12th of septembe rsince i h, ad the coincidence in Rome for Bari i had already the tickets for bari, at any suggestion the lady answered : the plane is full I can do nothing, I continued to implore her but nothing .Then I asked if she could sell me 3 tickets for the following day that is for the 13th of sep. and what a miracle at that point she said I could buy 3 tickets on the plane leaving at 12.05 on the 12th of sept... The seats were on the the same plane that, she had said 10 minutes before, was full. By the way I called the International and the local police but they did nothing, they didn't help me, it was not their business (what a nice attitude towards foreign people and tourists visiting their country). At last I bought again 3 tickets at the price of 200 euros each and came back to Italy. I have photos taken on the plane as an evidence that the lady at the desk cheated me . Unfortunately I still have the ticket I can ( I could )use on the 12th of oct 2012. So I advice anyone : please don't fly with pegasus they are not a serious company . I think I'' start a legal action with Pegasus Airlines as soon as possible . I add nothing else you can understand what a terrible experience I had

I have a bad experience with Pegasus. I tried to book online but the site kept showing an error, i then called them and unfortunately got through. Having given my DEBIT card I had my booking read back and they had got the wrong flight=midnight departure instead of 1230. They were asking £43 to get it correct and I told them I didn't want to pay nearly £100 more than their web site cost. I told the woman to cancel the 'booking'. They didn't and charged me £700+. I am getting no answers on any of the numbers they publish, one of 10 e mails was answered with a standard email - 'we are looking in to your problem I am disgusted.
So far I am massively unimpressed, furious and I think that all that money has been lost. The flight is 8 weeks away and yet I cannot even get them to acknowledge that I want the 'booking' cancelled although technically it never was a 'booking'. I cannot warn people strongly enough about these rogues. I will follow them through the courts, I will sue for the money and damages for the time itt is costing me.if any one wants to join me please contact me through here. Martin

I would denounce my terrible and nightmarish experience with you at the Sabiha
Gokcen airport at istanbul on the 11th sep. 2012. At the check in desk I found
out that the return tickets ... we were 3 peple...for rome on the plane
leaving for rome- fiumicino at 12.05 had been booked for the 11th oct. 2012
and not, as i was sure, for the 11th sep. 2012. ..ok there was a mistake, i
had made the mistake ?... i was sent to selling desk to find a solution ...
the lady at the desk...reallly very unpolite... told me the flight leaving for
rome at 12.05 was full...I kindly asked her to find a solution because i had
already bought 3 tickets for bari that same day for a flight leaving at
19.00 i had not much time left to do something... and i could not lose those
tickets and other money ...i implored the lady to find seats on other planes
leaving that same day ... she said it was not her business...i called the
international and the local police ...they did nothing... really unacceptable
we are tourists that bring money to turkey... at the end very angry,
depressed and fed up with the lady at the desk.. i asked her to buy 3
tickets for the following day, 12th of sep 2012... at that point... what a
miracle... she said that it was possible to buy tickets on the plane leaving
that same day at 12.05... it was the same plane that some minutes before
was full... anyway i bought the tickets and i flew to rome on the 11th of
sep... at what price!... i paid exactly for each ticket 453.04 try
... anyway i took a photo on the plane showing that the plane wasn't full
at all, i'll use use it as a proof...so the conclusion is this i was
cheated
by the lady at the desk and by your company you are not serious and reliable
i ' m not going to fly any more with pegasus i'msuggesting people on blogs to
avoid that air company...
by the way i
still have the 3 t ickets valid for the flight leaving from sabiha gokcen to
rome on the 11the of oct. 2012.

I can't believe even in 2013, Pegasus Airlines has the same problem! I tried to book the ticket on line with Pegasus website, after I filled the credit card, and then the next papge appeared " Error". I didn't get any ticket confirmation. but yesterday my credit card company called me that Pegasus Airlines tried to charged payments. How it could be? Pegasus Airlines online booking system has charged payments without any ticket! I traveled a lot around the world, and flight with many airlines, it never happened to me before! It is a shame for them!

The worst airline to have the misfortune of dealing with! Bought our tickets on 29.04.13 using my debit card and their online services. Travelling with my wife and 2 young children (by train from another city) arrived at the airport at 00:50 for a 03:05 flight on 24.05.13. Pegasus desk informed of my tickets being blocked at Turkish end and we could not fly. No further explanation was offered. Starting calmly and heating up as flight time got nearer and nearer I was told to show my debit card almost an hour later (at 2:00am).
I showed my new debit card (The tickets were bought 4 weeks earlier when the old debit card was still valid but the bank replaced it with the new one "2 days before my flight" because of the validity date coming to an end). I had my passport, my new debit card and the bank statement clearly showing how they had withdrawn the same of $800 from my account, but no commons sense and willing ears to hear me.
The flight left without us and we spent the night at the airport before buying a return train ticket back home. No one ever explained why the tickets were already blocked "even before asking for the card an hour after our arrivals at their desk". They simply found the excuse to explain their mistake. The card I used to buy the tickets might had been stolen! How can that be justified when the old and new cards both from the same account, same bank and having MY NAME as the card holder on them, the same name on my tickets, passport and bank statement. And if there were anything suspicious why didn’t they refund the money to the account they withdrew it from?

They don't even answer my emails and customer care is non existent! They are still holding my $800 that they withdrew from my account for a service that they denied me. I call that nothing less than theft... Beware! If you're booking a flight you may be better off paying a little more and dealing with a professional airline than COWBOYS. Being a young firm is no excuse for such conduct and running away from your responsibilities. Owning up to one's mistakes and doing the best to correct them is what separates a real business from a cowboy!

I am having a problem with Pegasus Airlines. Yesterday I ordered a ticket for September. After I completed the order it was shown "PNR(CX) status is not suitable for ticketing " or "it is rejected. tell your bank/issuer". I called my bank. they told me that money was taken by Pegasus, they blocked my money. How can I understand this?! They didn`t even send me any information about my flight. So i don`t know anything. How can i get help. Please tell me ASAP. Thanks.

bought a ticket for 298Euro than because of not getting visa I cancelled ticket, they refunded me only 68Euro, this is awful, i dont know what to do, someone give some advise, how can i appeal and get my money back?

This company refuses to reimburse passengers who got caught in the situation of a cancelled flight, and who were in transit in Istanbul. They maintained situation well, organising hotel accommodation for passengers, but the trick is that EU member countries need to pay visa for entering Republic of Turkey, meaning unplanned loss of money. Company manager on site was strict about his stand that the company will reimburse money for visa's, but even after months and meaning full contacts on guest.control@flypgs.com and other phone number (Turkish by the way), still didn't receive any feedback. We are thinking about forming up a group and trying to file a law complaint. Cause I repeat; they arranged accommodation in a hotel, which was excellent move from their side, but visas (15€ per person adds up some quite sum), was just plain scam.

Would like to hear is there some more similar situations!

Pegasus is hell on Earth when things go wrong. I had only 20 minutes transit time and missed my second flight. they wouldnt help, claimed it was my fault for standing in line for passport control i should have cut everyone and rushed. I didnt know I had the option to cut in line. They wont respond to complaints, they still took one of my bags to the destination without me. Im lost for words and and their procedure was near death experience. 2.5 hours at passport control to get out so I can buy a new ticket. No one spoke English or treated me like a human. I wish I could take legal action. Mar 11, 2014 experience.

I am totally bothered with this airline. They also charged me two times and after 2 weeks there is still no reply, they just gave me reference number which I am sure they are going to again somehow to skip my case. This happened also for two of my friends. 20 times I send them emails and called maybe for an hour, you know each minute calling cost you 60 cent.. what should I say ..they are abusing their costumers..Hey gusy from Pegasus I just give you a warning in case you dont refund my money within 3 days I will make a report to police of Germany and pursue my right till I get it eventhough it cost me alot of time and againe money I dont mind ..At the end someone should show you guys the there is a law in this world that dont let you fraud people..

Thank you to everyone who made comments here! I was about to book 14 tickets through Pegasus for a tour we're taking, and now I think we'll make alternate arrangements.

I originally found this site while looking for an answer to why each time I try to confirm the bookings I get an error message when paying. I've tried to pay for the tickets about 15x now and their system just keeps giving errors.

Too bad... I wanted to like them.

I am writing to you to complain in regards to me and my three children who flew with your airline on the 11th August 2014 going to Turkey-Dalaman airport from Gatwick at 11.20am however this was late in taking off, also the air hostages could not speak a word of English and therefore when I wanted to purchase the two flush teddy bears that you had advertised on flight in your magazine this was not available therefore this left my daughter very upset and disappointed. Also one of the air hostes pushed me and my daugther into the toliet as she did not like the smell coming from the toliet, she did not even give me and my daugther a chance to get into the toliet she just pushed the door on us. I was very angry and annoyed that she treats people like this there was no customer service skills and there was no smile, no hello etc. I excepted some good customer service from your staff which I was not satified with you I will not be flying with you again. The same thing happened on the way back from Dalaman Airport to Gatwicrck on the 18th August 2014 at 8.15am, however this was again delayed by one hour and 40 minutes, there was no apology from staff. There was again no availability of the two flush teddy bears which my daugther wanted again, she then went into a tantrum and cried most of the way h

I am writing to complain about my flight with yourselves on the 11th and 18th August 2014 from Gatwick to Dalaman Airport and then return journey. The staff did not know any English and one ocassion when me and my daugther were waiting to go to the toliet, it was our turn to go in then one of the staff member pushed us into the toliet and did not even wait for us to get in properly, as she could not stand the smell, but this is not acceptable the way she treated me and my daugther, I do not like to be pushed into the toliet even if she could not stand the smell coming out of the toliet. Also my daugther wanted to purchase the two teddy bears advertised in your magazine however they did not have them and also on the way back home they did not have them, she was so disappointed and upset as she had her heart set on them. I could not even communicate properly as staff could not speak or understand Enlgish. There was no smiles or please, thank you or sorry. They were not alble to undertsand what we were asking so I had to point to the items. I would like some compensation the way we were treated and also the two teddy bears that my daugther wanted free of charge.

I had booked two sets of return tickets from Ukraine and Denmark to Istanbul as we were going to have a 2 week vacation in Istanbul. A few days before departure, I was informed by email that the Ukraine flights had been cancelled, and that I could get a refund or rebook the tickets for almost a week later. I asked for a full refund of all tickets, expecting they would have the professional courtesy to do so, as they had basically gone back on their obligation at the last moment, and should do everything to set the situation right (yes, I am that naive...). Since then, I have gotten nothing from their customer support. The one time I got through to their call center, they told me they can do nothing and that I must use their email form. When they finally answered one of my submitted forms, they told me to contact their call center... I am seriously considering contacting my bank to have the charges disputed as fraudelent.

I bought a ticket for 369 euro and it is written on the ticket after making the payment by visa card. When I checked my bank account, I saw that it 375 euro. So roughly 15 euro more money. I contacted with them however there is no answer from them. my request number is PC 1191817.

I am old client of Pegasus with over 50 flights in the last 5 years...
more than 20 complaints about delays and missing flights - Over 10 telephone conversations + 15 letters, complaints are just ignored over and over .
If you don't have any problem, they are ok, but once you have a problem, you will see Pegasus real face.
The only way is to sue them in the court.
I would have loved to have the mobile phone of the General Manager, if someone has it please share it.

I have paid my PGS ticket with my debit card and their system gave an error message saying that the transaction was not made and I should try again. I tryied again and finnaly Pegasus charged me twice for the same reservation. I called my bank and they told me indeed Pegasus charged twice! So I should ask the company to return the money. I know what that means, as friend of mine had the same situation and after many many requests and complaints got his money back after 4-5 months.
So this is what Pegasus does! Fraudulently got my money!

Pegasus is the worst Airline I have had the displeasure to fly or on two occasions not fly.
As all the complaints above they cancelled my tickets with no prior notice at all only to find out at the airport after even check in and obtaining boarding passes. When I emailed or phoned all I had was set replies to simply fob me off and never replied to all my emails.
On the 7th Feb. 2015 I was stuck at the departure lounge for 10 hours when they told me that at the last minute my tickets had been cancelled and would not give a single explanation as to why except that they thought my bank may have refused payment, but this is so feeble that if that were the case than I would not have been issued with boarding passes and a ticket and as above after 10 hours they eventually cleared me to back outside where with the same credit card I purchased new tickets from TURKISH AIRWAYS and there were no problems withy my card and I also phoned my bank to confirm that they did not indeed refuse payment on my card.
by the way I have never had my card refused by my bank only the occasional phone call to verify the transaction.
I even pointed this to the staff at the sales kiosk at the airport and they just shrugged their shoulders and were rude and told me to go away.
I WILL NEVER FLY OR RECOMEND PEGASUS AIRWAYS TO ANYONE EVER!

Please check the mental health of your captains before hiring them. Captain Neset Fehmi Sezgin lost his mind in Japan and he work before Turkish Airline and he was fired because of health and mental problem. Check him very well.

The first leg of the journey flight PC 777 was delayed due to "non arrival of aircraft due to the fog" initially by 10 hours, then by 17 and eventually by more than 36 hours. I had to call them and "accept a refund" or so they promised. Then after spending EUR 500 on alternative flight arrangements, I tried to get a confirmation of this delay for my insurance, called them several times but they quietly deleted my reservation from the system and now it doesn't exist. So I got no refund and insurance could be jeopardized since I only obtained a confirmation of the delay from the airport. Now whenever I search the flights from Munich to Krasnodar I force myself to ignore Pegasus cheap offering, which always comes up at the top due to the price. Now I know that this cheap price means potentially exorbitant additional costs, lost of stress, having to travel for more than 24 hours, missed appointments, etc... This is the most dodgy airline I have ever dealt with, avoid at all costs!

OMG, I absolutely agree with every negative reviews here and wish I came across this site before going with Pegasus.
They are dishonest, rude, racist and other things I won't even bother describing them.
2 of us had flights booked from Bodrum to Stansted via Istanbul, both had 20kg each as checked baggage originally paid for but after shopping in Bodrum realised we'll need to pay for extra luggage weight, we also paid for the extra legroom seats for both flights. 4 days before the flight I tried to log on to the site both online and app version to pay for the extra luggage but kept getting error message stating try again in a few seconds, nothing happened except the same error message showing. I tried every day until the flight date but kept getting this error message, couldn't even check in online or via the app version too. Once at Bodrum airport, I showed them screenshots of the error message taken both online and app version and explained to them they must charge me the pre-online price as it was not my fault their online system was down. They declined to charge me the online rate and demanded I pay 400 lira's for 12kg excess weight, it was like talking to a brick wall so I took 2kg out and put it in my carry on so I now should only pay for 10kg excess right? No, because when they weighed it all again, it showed 53kg! My friend got fed up and went to pay for the extra weight which now came to a total of GBP.165, while I was still at the check in counter I was taking the name down of the desk clerk who was doing nothing but giggling and whispering stuff to colleagues in Turkish. Every time I asked him something instead of replying he just spoke in Turkish with colleagues which I found rude and racist. So I went to my friend finding him upset and using the 'f' word at the situation and not to the clerk at all. During the first search and carry on bag scan a Police officer came to arrest my friend so I asked him what he's being arrested for? He didn't speak a word of English, only had the complainant who was the clerk taking the money to explain to us that my friend used the 'f' word too many times at him! So for all we know he could have told the officer anything. The officer took my friend away and I went in line to board when the clerk came running back to check the baggage stubs I had which clearly showed both mine and his luggage checked under my friends name, he asked me for the stubs and said 'don't worry I'll make sure both of your luggage goes with you' which is when I remembered a law regarding passengers denied boarding, the law states all baggage belonging to any passenger denied boarding must come off aircraft, so I said calmly to him, dont worry my friend wont mind bringing them both with him and reminded him of this law which he was only too aware of lol. I really wouldn't want to be in his shoes explaining to management why their plane took off over an hour late which would have landed at destination over an hour late incurring thousands of dollars for late take off and landing because a passengers luggage had to be taken off all because he lied to the police. Ten mins later, my friend was on the plane with me.
Now once on the plane, we realised they had only sold our extra legroom seats to other passengers and gave us the excuse of the aircraft model was a different one then original plane scheduled to fly us. I didn't say anything fearing they'll have us arrested for anything.
Now onto our flight from Istanbul to Stansted. I prepaid for sushi which didn't have any soy sauce so I asked the stewardess for soy sauce and explained sushi is served with soy sauce but she mumbled something in Turkish to the Turkish passenger next to me and walked off, it really felt like racism to me. Not only that but almost all of the passenger announcements made were in their language and not repeated in English. The only English announcements were made during take off and landing. The sushi was disgusting anyway.
Secondly, my friend on 3 occasions ordered water and paid with euro notes and wasn't given any change so on the 4th occasion he ordered another bottle of water but when the stewardess asked for the money he replied 'where's my change for the last 3 times I ordered and paid for with notes'? She replied telling a story about this and that while punching random numbers on the calculator which immediately indicated to me she's not telling the truth, I then tried to speak to her and she just started to mumble something in Turkish to the passenger next to me which really made me feel like she too is being racist. I demanded to speak to an English speaking steward as the flight is destined for England so on should be on board. Another steward came so I explained my friend is due 3 changes from 3 transactions, she mumbled something in Turkish to the stewardess and she went up the isle and grabbed a purse, took some change out and slammed it on my friends table which I found shocking.
How this airline is operating is beyond me? My advice to anyone about to use them AVOID AT ALL COSTS, advice to people already purchased tickets, get a refund at loss of any amount as your about to experience hell on air.
The window on the exit row seat was so loose, I was able to push and stick my fingers in! My heart was racing all throughout the flight.

I just purchased a ticket online, but can get no clear confirmation on my baggage allowance. The online baggage policies are intended to confuse anyone attempting to understand them. One page gives prices in dollars, and another for different services in Euros. The intent is clearly to make it near impossible to compare or understand much of anything. Unable to understand exactly what baggage was included in what I had bought, I clicked on the "manage my booking" app to check. The "additional services" link shows "0 kg" in baggage available for both flights in my trip. Yet, at the bottom of the page it reads "Total baggage allowance 20 kg". So which is correct? 0 kg or 20 kg? On the bottom of the page there is a button for "increase your baggage", giving additional options of 5 kg $39.00 US. 10 kg $77.00 US, 15 kg $154 US, and 20 kg $154 US, and 30 kg $231 US. However, there is no option given to purchase a second checked bag, which should be an available option. The "General Rules" page reads that checked bags are 5 Euro per 20 kg checked bag. ("For passengers who purchased Basic Package for international flights on flypgs.com, baggage fee for up to 20kg is EUR 5 or equivalent local currency if bought through our website, mobile, the call centre or authorised travel agencies and EUR 8 or equivalent local currency at the airport.") There is no email listed for customer service, (which should be illegal), and the "Write To Us" webpage opens no box for sending a text message to their Customer Service. This company looks very much like a scam without a customer service department.

My flight was on 14-May-2017 from Frankfurt to Istanbul. I was not already happy because of flight delay and no one informed us why and how much time it is going to take. Later in flight, Cabin crew name Vasif, hit my knee with dinner trolley. He gave me an ice bag which was leaked. I mean which kind of trained staff you have and which kind of customer services are these? I have visited my doctor today and as per my doctor it is a mild to moderate joint effusion and Patellar tendon injury. I am in extreme pain and unable to walk just because of this negligence.

Thanks for such a wonderful service.

In addition to 1:00 hour delay in Amsterdam and 1:15 hour delay in Sabiha airport, Pegasus airline delivered my bag to Abu dhabi completely DAMAGED!

Worst airline ever, last time to travel with you

Really shame for the aviation industry.

My worst ever experience! I have been chasing my money for two months. Absolute scammers. To cut the long story short they charged me four times x £250 =£1000 when I tried to reissue my family's open ticket over their corrupt website, while the booking didn't get through! After so many calls and email for two weeks, one of their guys phoned and said he would do the booking on the phone and refund that £1000. He charged me £448 as the price had gone up. However, the booking didn't also go through! I demanded the cancellation of the original booking with a full refund of £377. At that point they owed me £1825. After three weeks, they decided to be "so generous" and refund £1198 only! I spent hours on the phone demanding the remaining £627 and sent many emails that end up in a black hole. Their call centre people are well trained to bring the call to a deadlock. My holiday was ruined and my finance suffered and I am still hopelessly calling every morning and sending emails.
