Peak Property Group review: No AC maintenance

My air conditioning has been out of service since September 3, 2023. It rained heavily and the electricity went out. As soon as the electricity was restored, the air conditioning ceased to function. Several days later, someone was sent (07sept2023) to perform a temporary repair. According to him, the problem was much more severe and the air conditioning would cause problems again in the future. After 2 days (9 September 2023), the air conditioning system stopped working.

Since then, I have been contacting them every single day by phone and text message. My calls are almost never answered, and my messages are not returned. When they respond, which is rare, they say they will contact me later to arrange a time to fix the problem, but they never make contact. Today is the 18th of September, and I have been without air conditioning for 15 days. I live in Texas, where summer temperatures are usually between 90 and 100 degrees.

One of my cats became ill due to the heat in the house. I was informed by the veterinarian that she was dehydrated due to the high temperatures in my home.

This is disrespectful to me. I have never rented a house from a worse company in my life.

Please do not rent one of the properties listed on Rent With Peak Property if you are reading this. You will regret your decision bitterly.
